    Ingredients

    For Dough:

    • 3 cups wheat flour
    • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
    • Oil
    • Water

    For stuffing:

    • 4 tbsp cottage cheese, grated or chopped
    • 1 cup carrots, cauliflower and peas, chopped finely and combined
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
    • 2 small green chillies, finely chopped
    • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
    • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp oregano (ajwain)
    • Salt to taste

     

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Knead the flour with oil, salt, all spice powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder, using water to make dough. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing.

    Step 2

    Make two small balls of the dough and roll them into the shape of puris.

    Step 3

    Place the stuffing on one puri, cover with another puri and press the edges together well.

    Step 4

    Roll out to the size of a paratha very gently so that the filling does not come out.

    Step 5

    If this is difficult, then roll out two thin rotis and spread the stuffing evenly and thinly over one roti and cover it with the other, pressing the edges together.

    Step 6

    Cook on a tawa, using as much oil as desired, on normal flame. Vegetable Cheese Paratha is ready to serve.7

    Step 1

    Rinse and soak rice for at least one hour.

    Step 2

    Heat oil over the medium heat in a wok. Add cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, and cumin seeds in the hot oil.

    Step 3

    Stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

    Step 4

    Add the onion and ginger-garlic paste into wok and cook for 4-5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.

    Step 5

    Add the vegetable and green chilies in it; stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Step 6

    Then add soaked rice, pour the water into wok and season with salt and black pepper. Stir well.

    Step 7

    Bring to a full boil then put the lid on, cook until the rice is done on low flame (about 20 minutes).

    Remove the cover and cook another 15 minutes on low flame. Stir once a while.

    • 1 kg chicken
    • 2 cups cold water
    • 1/2 cup plain flour
    • 1/2 cup cornflour
    • 2 tbsp chili sauce
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp red pepper, crushed
    • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
    • 1 tsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • oil for frying

     

    Directions:

    1. Put chicken pieces in a large bowl.
    2. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, red pepper, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste and chinese salt.
    3. Mix well.
    4. Mariante for 1 hour.
    5. In a shallow dish, combine corn flour and flour.
    6. Roll each chicken piece in flour mixture.
    7. Then dip chicken in Cold water.
    8. Again roll in flour mixture.
    9. Then deep fry in hot oil for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
    10. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
    11. Classic Chicken Broast is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    To Make the Dough: Add yeast and sugar in warm water and let it rise for 10 minutes.

    Make a well in flour and add yeast mixture, yogurt and oil. Mix well. Knead a soft dough you can use extra warm water if needed.

    Cover with kitchen towel in warm place. Let the dough rise for about 35 minutes.

    Step 4

    Punch the dough and take out air. Let it sit again for 30 minutes.

    Make small balls out of the dough and cover them with awet cloth.

    Step 6

    Place chicken keema in a large bowl. Now put all the filling ingredients in keema. Mix well and set aside.

    Step 7

    Heat a griddle on medium heat.

    Step 8

    Turn the oven to broiler setting and put the rack on top most part.

    Step 9

    Roll the ball into about 3-inch circle.

    Step 10

    Take Keema mixture and fill in the circle and make ball again like you make for kachori.

    Step 11

    Roll out into a size of naan you want.

    Step 12

    Make depressions with the tip of fingers or with soft baby spoon handle.

    Step 13

    Put the naan on tawa on low to medium heat and spray Pam on it. Let it cook for 10 minutes or you see the keema is changing the color to pink or light brown.

    Step 14

    Transfer naan into the oven. Let it broil for 10 minutes or until it turns to your desired color.

    Step 15

    Remove from the oven. Chicken Keema Naan is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Wash split Bengal gram and soak for at least 1 hour.

    Peel bottle gourd and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

    Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until done.

    Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add onion and cumin seeds. Saute for 1 minute or until translucent.

    When they change color, add asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

    Then add tomatoes and cook until soft and pulpy.

    Now add boiled Bengal gram and lemon juice; stir occasionally.Cover the lid and simmer for 4-5 minutes.

    Ingredients

    • 16 small chunks of chicken breast
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 inch a piece of ginger
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 jalapeño pepper
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 2 teaspoon plan yogurt
    • 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
    • 1/4 cup rice flour
    • 2 tablespoon cornflour
    • a pinch of baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
    • salt to taste

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Place yogurt, onion, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and jalapeño pepper in a blender. Blend  until fine.

    Step 2

    Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add chicken, red chili and salt. Mix well.

    Step 3

    Marinate the chicken for 1 hour to blend flavors.

    Step 4

    Now add gram-flour, rice flour, and cornflour and little water in the batter. Batter should be thin as honey.

    Step 5

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.  Fry chicken pieces under low heat to a medium brown.

    Step 6 

    Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel to drain excess oil. Crunchy Chicken Pakora is ready to serve.

    1. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
    2. Enjoy it as an appetizer or snack.

    For Filling: Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic, mix in the spices and fry until soft.

    For Dough: Mix flour and salt into a large bowl.

    Divide the pastry into 12 equal pieces.

    Roll each piece into a ball and roll out into a circle of 15 cm.

    Divide this circle into two equal pieces with a knife.

    Brush each edge with a little water and form a cone shape around your fingers, sealing the dampened edge.

    Fill the cases with a tbsp of filling and press the two dampened edges together to seal the top of the cone.

    Step 12

    Deep fry the samosas in hot oil until crisp and brown take out and drain on a paper towel. Easy Samosa is ready to serve.
