    Chicken Chilli Nuggets Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 kg boneless chicken
    • 2 bread slices
    • 2 eggs lightly beaten
    • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 2 teaspoon chicken powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1 teaspoon green chili paste optional
    • salt according to taste
    • 2 cups bread crumbs for coating
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    Method

    • Soak bread slices in water or milk for few minutes. Then squeezed properly and keep aside.
    • Place chicken in a chopper or a food processor.Add bread slices, garlic powder, chicken powder, hot sauce, black pepper, red pepper, salt and parsley.
    • Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes or until mince is firm.
    • Shape mixture into nuggets, dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    • Fry Chicken Chilli nuggets for 4-5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
    • Remove from the oven and drain on paper towel. Delicious Chicken Chilli Nuggets are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Notes

    Recipe Note’s:
    To Freeze Chicken chilli Nuggets: After coating in bread crumbs, arrange them individually on a tray and place in the refrigerator. Once freeze keep them in freezer bag or in air tight container. When needed fry from frozen. You can freeze these Chicken Nuggets for 1 month.
    To Make Different Shapes of Nuggets: You can also shape mixture into fun shapes nuggets such as squares or squiggles etc.
    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Chilli Sauce or any dipping sauce.

    • Cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
    • In a small bowl, beat egg.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm boneless chicken
    • 4 tbsp oil
    • 2 green bell peppers cut into small cubes
    • 2 to matoes cut into cubes
    • 2 onions cut into cubes
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp mustard paste
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 6 shashlik sticks

    For Sauce

    • 2 cloves garlic crushed
    • 2 cups chicken stock
    • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
    • 1 tsp red chili flakes crushed
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 green chilies
    • 1 tbsp corn flour
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tbsp oil

    Instructions

    Method

      For Shashlik Sticks

      • Wash chicken and pat dry.
      • Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
      • Place chicken into a bowl, add green bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, mustard paste, black pepper, lemon juice and salt.
      • Mix well.
      • Thread equal proportion of chicken and vegetables into shashlik sticks.
      • Greased a grill pan with oil.
      • Grill Shashlik sticks on low heat for 8-10 minutes or meat is tender.
      • Shashlik Sticks are ready to serve

      For Sauce

      • In a deep pan, add 2 tbsp oil and chopped garlic.
      • Cook for 1 minute or until brown.
      • Then add 2 cups of chicken stock, red chili flakes, green chilies, vinegar, sugar and tomato ketchup.
      • Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
      • Then add corn flour dissolved in some water and stir together.
      • Remove from the heat and pour sauce over Chicken Shashlik.
      • Chicken Shashlik is ready to serve. ENJOY!

      Serving Suggestions:
      Serve with Fried Rice.

      For Dough

      • 375 gm plain flour
      • 1 egg
      • 2 tsp oil
      • 1 tsp sugar
      • 1 tsp yeast
      • 1/4 tsp salt
      • Warm water as required

      For Filling

      • 300 gm boneless chicken
      • 4 black olives thinly sliced
      • 4 mushrooms thinly sliced
      • 1 cup sliced onion
      • 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
      • 1 cup pizza sauce
      • 1 tsp dried oregano
      • 1 tsp red chili flakes
      • 1 tsp ginger paste
      • 1 tsp garlic paste
      • 1 tsp chaat masala
      • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
      • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
      • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

      Instructions

      Method

        To Make Pizza Dough

        • Place flour, egg, yeast, sugar, oil and salt in a bowl.
        • Knead a soft dough by using warm water.
        • Keep aside.

        To make Filling

        • Cut chicken into small pieces.
        • Then place in a medium bowl.
        • Add red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and chaat masala.
        • Mix well.
        • Then cook in a pot for 15-20 minutes or all juice runs clear.
        • Remove from the heat.

        To Proceed

        • Now make small balls out of the dough.
        • Roll them with pin roll.
        • Spread pizza sauce each of them.
        • Put chicken, mushrooms, olives, capsicum, onions, and oregano,
        • Season with salt and pepper.
        • Sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese over it.
        • Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
        • Bake prepared pizzas for 15 minutes or until well done.
        • Quick Baby Pizzas are ready to serve.

        I mentioned a couple weeks ago that I’d be bringing you some new basic favorites and I started with a Banana Chocolate Loaf cake. Today, we are talking about these Extra Easy  cupcakes and I’m pumped! One of the things that I’m always messing with is vanilla cake or simple cupcakes. It’s the never ending quest for all the best versions.There are so many ways to vary a Simple cupcake and I want the best of all of them! I’m greedy like that. Plus, I know not every has the same idea of the perfect cupcake, so I like to have options.

        So let’s talk a bit about these Extra Easy cupcakes. These cupcakes use butter and are lighter and super moist. We’ve got the usual suspects in this cupcake, starting with the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Easy, common ingredients that you should totally have in your pantry already. Mix ’em all together and set ’em aside.

        Next are the wet ingredients:butter, sugar, milk, vanilla extract and eggs. The butter is the fat component instead of vegetable oil and in my opinion, tends to make a more moist cake that stays moist for longer. Totally true for these cupcakes. The milk  adds to the structure of the cake, in addition to adding moisture. Milk adds fluff and I love some fluff.

        I used a teaspoon of vanilla extract to make sure there’s plenty of delicious vanilla flavor. Then the eggs add more moisture, structure and flavor. I switched it up in these and went with whole eggs instead of egg whites. No more egg yolks getting wasted here!

        Once the wet and dry ingredients are combined, the milk is added.

        • 200 gm plain flour

        • 200 gm sugar
        • 1 tsp baking powder
        • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
        • 1/2 cup milk

        Instructions

        • Preheat oven to 325°F (180°C) and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.
        • Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to a large mixer bowl and combine. Set aside.
        • In a medium bowl, cream butter with sugar. Then add eggs and beat well.
        • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat until well combined. Stir vanilla in it.
        • Slowly add the milkr to the batter and mix on low speed until well combined.
        • Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make sure everything is well combined. Please note that the batter will be very thin.
        • Fill the cupcake liners about half way and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
        • Remove the cupcakes from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack to finish cooling.Extra Easy Cupcakes are ready to serve.

        Notes

        Serve with tea or coffee.

        Directions:

        • Put milk, chocolate cookies, chocolate ice cream in a blender.
        • Process until smooth.
        • Now stir in vanilla essence.
        • Add crushed ice and blend another 1 minute.
        • Pour into serving glasses.
        • Top with grated chocolate.
