Macaroni and Cheese Egg Rolls
This appetizer combines two great favorites _ egg rolls and macaroni and cheese. Creamy mac and cheese wrapped up in an egg roll wrapper, deep fried to perfection and is the best snack ever when dipped in mayo dipping sauce. They are crispy on the outside, with a delicious macaroni cheese filling on the inside.

- 2 cups macaroni , cooked
- 8 cheese slices
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
- barbecue sauce for dipping

In a large bowl, mix together the macaroni and cheese.
Stir in the hot sauce, soy sauce and ground mustard.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
Dampen edges of egg roll wrapper with water. Roll up tightly.
Cover with a damp paper towel until ready to fry.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
Fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Drain on paper towel-lined plate.
Cut egg rolls in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Macaroni and Cheese Egg Rolls are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
