Lasagna Roll Ups
Easy and delicious _ Lasagna Roll Ups. Rolling lasagna noodles around a filling of chicken and cheese makes a tasty pasta dish.

- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese (khoya)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- salt to taste

Place chicken, cheese and milk in a medium bowl.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Put 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each lasagna noodle.
Roll jelly-roll fashion. and secure tightly.
Spread spaghetti sauce in an 13×9-inch baking dish.
Arrange lasagna rolls, seam-side down in sauce in baking dish.
Top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
Cover the dish with an aluminium foil.
Bake at 375 degrees F, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Delicious Lasagna Roll Ups are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
