- 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 6 squares bittersweet chocolate, (about 1 ounce)
- 2 squares semisweet chocolate, (about 1 ounce)
- 10 tbsp butter
- 3 large eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Lightly greased the six (6-ounce) custard cups with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
Place chocolates and butter in a microsafe bowl.
Microwave on high for 20 seconds or until chocolated is melted.
Fold into flour and sugar.
Now stir in the eggs and yolks until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla and orange juice.
Pour the batter equally into the prepared custard cups.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 14 minutes.
The edges should be firm but the center will be runny.
Run a knife around the edges to loosen.
Invert onto dessert plates. Molten Lava Cakes are ready to serve. ENJOY 🙂
