    Pizza is always a winner in our house and cheesy meatballs are definitely comfort food around here, so we threw together a super easy, super cheesy meatball pizza. Make a big batch of meatballs and freeze in portions along with this fresh pizza dough recipe so you’ll have meatball pizzas ready to go when you want them.

    You can use frozen meatballs to save on time but you will have to adjust points accordingly, I prefer to make my own and I added a little pizza flare to mine.

    How do you make Meatball Pizza?

    1. A pizza pan is rubbed with a little bit of oil. Pizza dough is spread into the pan, poked with a fork. Then spread prepared sauce over it.

    2. The topping is assembled by cooking the meatballs in a hot pan.

    3. Then pizza dough is topped with the cheddar cheese, meatballs, red and green bell pepper and a generous portion of mozzarella cheese.

    4. Then baked in the preheated oven until the cheese is golden and crust is cooked! Remove from the oven and cut into the wedges. ENJOY 🙂

    Where is the best place to buy Pizza dough?

    1. Most markets have some sort of pizza dough that they sell.  You’ll probably be able to find the kind of pizza dough in the can (not my favorite), and some will offer it in a little plastic baggie (probably a better product and likely more fresh).
    2. I do have a tip for the best place to buy pizza dough.  Most pizza restaurants will likely be willing to sell you a ball of their pizza dough.  Just ask!  That’s going to be your best bet for good pizza dough!
    3.  You can also make your own. I have good recipe for Easy Pizza Dough.

    What are the best toppings for pizza?

    1. If you’re a meat lover, you’ll most likely enjoy some sort of meat lover’s pizza like this Meatball Pizza!  BBQ Chicken Pizza is my another favorite. 
    2. And my personal choice for pizza topping is Bell Peppers, Olives and Pineapple.  Chicken Chunks, Sausage are also popular pizza toppings ( but I don’t like it that much).
    3. Some people like to add olives, corn, goat cheese, spinach and more.  The possibilities are endless!

    It’s pretty likely that everyone in your family will enjoy this Meatball Pizza.  It’s a nice, quick and easy dinner for those nights that are crazy!

    The Best Meatball Pizza Recipe

    Instead of ordering pizza tonight, try this perfectly pleasing meatball pizza recipe! Great for light dinner or go-with — so simple! So delish!

    For The Meatballs:

    • 500 gm chicken mince
    • 1 bread slice (crust removed)
    • 1/3 cup warm water
    • 1 large egg white (lightly beaten)
    • 1 tsp chopped garlic
    • 1 small garlic clove (minced)
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
    • 1 tsp red pepper (crushed)
    • freshly ground black pepper to taste
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying

    For the Meatball Pizza:

    • 1 pound homemade pizza dough (for recipe click here)
    • 12 meatballs (halved and thawed)
    • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
    • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    • 1 small green pepper (chopped)
    • 1 small red pepper chopped
    • few fresh basil (optional)
    • a pinch of crushed red pepper (to add a extra kick)
    • and/or other toppings of your choice

    To Make The Meatballs:

    1. In a bowl, combine the bread and water. Let stand, turning the bread occasionally to thoroughly moisten it, for 10 minutes.
    2. Squeeze the bread gently to remove most of the water.
    3. Discard the water. Tear the bread into 1-inch chunks and toss them into a large bowl.
    4. Add the chicken mince, ginger, garlic, onion powder, parsley, basil, egg white, red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper to taste.
    5. Mix thoroughly with moistened hands.
    6. Shape the meat mixture into 12 mini balls.
    7. Place the meatballs on the lined sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
    8. Now heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook meatballs for 6-8 minutes or until golden, flip and cover the pan fry additional 5 minutes to cook from inside(make sure not to over cooked).
    9. Remove meatballs from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
    10. Let the meatballs cool slightly and then cut each one in half.
    11. Set aside.

    To Prepare the Sauce:

    1. In a small bowl, mix together the pizza sauce, mayonnaise, basil and a pinch of crushed red pepper. Set aside.

    To Assemble The Meatball Pizza:

    1. Preheat the oven at 180 degre C or 425 F.
    2. Drizzle a round pizza pan or a rectangular baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick spray.
    3. On lightly floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle, with a rolling pin.
    4. Spread bases evenly with prepared pizza sauce. Scatter evenly with cheddar cheese.

    5. Top with meatballs halves and pressing lightly into base. Scatter evenly with Mozzarella cheese.

    6. Top with chopped green and red bell pepper.
    7. Bake 25 minutes or until the crust is crisp and golden and the cheese is hot and bubbly.
    8. Let pizza sit for a few minutes then cut into 4 slices.
    9. Delicious Meatball Pizza is ready to serve.
    10. ENJOY 🙂

    Serve with salad mix.

    Some Useful Tips & Hints:

    1. For make-ahead meatballs, you can make the meatballs up to the end of step 1 and freeze them layered between baking paper in an airtight container. Store them for up to 2 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight and continue recipe from step 2.
    2. Chicken mince is easily available at major supermarkets or local butchers.
    3. Use a store-bought pizza base for quicker version.
    4. You can add your favorite herbs and spices for a spicy version.

They’re so easy to make, and the possibilities are endless! You can stuffed with ground beef, mutton, chicken, cheese or mushrooms for a healthier option. Even if you don’t eat meat, you can make a great-tasting veggie buns! Whatever it is you’re craving, you can satisfy it with it a stuffed bun!

    Why I like these Stuffed Chicken Buns?

    I love all breads but I have a special soft corner for stuffed buns and bread rolls. It makes for sumptuous snacks and the possibilities are endless. Stuffed buns are my favorite gateway to finish up leftovers and clear out the refrigerator. Though I did not use leftovers for this one since I had guests over but feel free to go where your imagination takes you.

    On the outside, these golden buns resemble ordinary dinner rolls. But one bite reveals the tasty filling inside! You know that saying: It’s not what is outside but its what is inside that counts? Yeah, well its kind of the case here. Only that the outside is just as good. Soft and fluffy Stuffed Chicken buns with the most unexpected surprise ever!

    I just love it when something looks so innocent and unassuming and then when you bite into it! Hits you with an unexpected but most pleasant burst of flavor.

    Ingredients in Stuffed Chicken Buns Recipe?

    • For Dough:  flour, dry milk powder, sugar, yeast, salt, egg, oil, warm milk
    • Creamy Chicken Filling: boiled chicken shredded, butter, onion, plain flour, milk, Cheddar Cheese, black pepper, red pepper, salt , few coriander and mint leaves.
    • For Buns Topping: Egg white, sesame seeds for sprinkling, melted butter for brushing

    How to Bake Perfect Stuffed Chicken Buns every time!

    Stuffed Chicken Buns
    1. Dough: These stuffed buns are an easy bake with only a single rise needed for the dough. That makes it a comparatively quicker snack. When making anything with yeast, including these buns, let the dough rise to the point the recipe says it should, e.g., “Let the dough rise till it’s doubled in bulk.” Rising times are only a guide; there are so many variables in yeast baking (how you knead the dough; what kind of yeast you use) that it’s impossible to say that bread dough will ALWAYS double in bulk in a specific amount of time.
    2. Stuffing: They prepared a cheesy chicken filling and stuff into these soft buns and life will be so much simpler for you. You can fill up your buns with lots of different things. I like to add some mushrooms and olives to mine, but you can use any kind of vegetables, meat stuffing you prefer! Pizza sauce would be another great addition. Or throw in some fresh herbs. Oh, the possibilities are endless!
    3. Shaping: Shape them as per your liking and bake. For slightly smaller buns, divide the dough into 12 pieces instead of 10. Bake the buns for 12 to 15 minutes, instead of 15 to 18 minutes. And how about “slider buns” — about 3″ in diameter? Divide the dough into 24 pieces, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Proceed with the recipe as written.
    4. Alternative way of Shaping: What’s another easy way to shape buns, besides rolling them into balls and flattening? Gently deflate the dough, and form it into a smooth 8″ log. Slice the log as though you were slicing cinnamon buns. Gently pull each slice into a circle.
    5. Brushing: Brushing buns with melted butter will give them a soft, light golden crust. Brushing with an egg-white wash (1 egg white beaten with 1/4 cup water) will give them a shinier, darker crust. For seeded buns, brush with the egg wash; it’ll make the seeds adhere. And, feel free to add the extra yolk to the dough, reserving the white for the wash.

    I highly recommended freezing a batch of these after they’ve cooled so you can pop them into the oven for a fast, warm breakfast or as side for dinner that will delight your fellow tablemates.

    Stuffed Chicken Buns Recipe

    There’s nothing like Stuffed Chicken Buns: perfectly baked ,soft, warm buns stuffed with hot savory chicken filling. Simply delicious and so hard to resist. You'll amaze your family and friends with my easy to make Stuffed Chicken Buns.

    For Dough:

    • 2-1/2 cup flour
    • 3 tbsp dry milk powder
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2-1/4 teaspoon yeast
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/2 cup warm milk

    For the filling:

    • 1-1/2 cups boiled chicken (shredded)
    • 3 tbsp Butter or Oil
    • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
    • 1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 tsp black pepper (crushed)
    • 1 tsp red pepper (crushed)
    • Salt to taste
    • few coriander and mint leaves (chopped)

    For Buns Topping

    • 1 Egg white (for egg wash)
    • White sesame seeds for sprinkling
    • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

    To Make The Dough:

    1. Sieve the flour, salt and dry milk powder in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, instant yeast, and milk powder then add in an egg, oil and warm milk. Knead almost 10 minutes or till it forms a soft smooth dough. If required add a few splashes more of warm milk.

    2. Place the dough in a greased bowl and apply oil on the dough. Cover with a damp towel and keep in a warm corner of your kitchen to rise for 1 hour or till the dough is double in volume.

    3. Punch down the dough lightly using your palm and divide them equally.

    To Make The Chicken Filling:

    1. Meanwhile dough is rising, prepare your buns filling. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Saute onion in butter until translucent. Now add flour and cook for 2-3 minutes or till it gives out a nice aroma. Now add milk and cook for 4-5 minutes or until it turned into nice creamy thickened texture.

    3. Add the shredded chicken and stir well. Season with salt, red pepper and black pepper.

    4. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.Stir until well combined and remove from the heat. Let it cool completely.

    To Assemble the Stuffed Chicken Buns:

    1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 15 minutes before baking.
    2. Once the dough has risen, take a small portion of the dough and flatten it on Spider Strainer. Place a spoonful of the chicken stuffing in the center, top off with a little cheddar cheese and pull the edges together to seal and roll the dough into a smooth ball.
    3. Place the dough ball with seam side down on a greased baking tray. Likewise shape all the buns with stuffing and place on the baking tray an inch apart from each other.

    4. Now brush the top of all buns with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cover with a cloth and let it prove for another 20 minutes.

    5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush the buns top with butter (it will gives them soft texture). Delicious Stuffed Chicken Buns are ready to serve. ENJOY 🙂

    Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce or favorite Dipping Sauce and Tea or Lemonade.

    You all know I love pizza, and I couldn’t go too long without experimenting different pizza toppings. (For you newbies, they happen to be one of my favorite finger food!) These days pizzas come with many desi variations like butter chicken, spicy tikka or seekh kebabs.

    So, Today why not take the classic Italian and make them unabashedly Pakistani ?

    Creativity, especially when it comes to food has absolutely no limits. There are some flavor combinations that are so brilliant —like seekh kebabs, pizza sauce, and cheese. All three of these offer undeniable flavor on their own, but when paired together, the result is nothing less than perfect. So, I changed the shape of pizza and turned it everyone’s favorite pizza ingredients into these cute little “Seekh Kebab Pizza Bites”!

    The smokiness of seekh kebabs, the sharp flavor of cheddar, the cheesy goodness of Mozzarella and the zest of pizza sauce combine like they were always meant to be together. All this ohso yummy !

    Ingredients in Seekh Kebab Pizza Bites?

    To make these seekh kebab pizza bites, you’ll need pizza dough, pizza sauce, leftover seekh kebabs, onion, green bell pepper, Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.

    How to make the Seekh Kebab Pizza Bites

    First I line up the muffin pan with homemade pizza dough and cut it into round circles (No need to be extremely accurate with the measurements).  I just wanted the pizza bites to be about the same size. Then I top it with the pizza sauce. I always keep a jar of homemade pizza sauce in my pantry to make these kinds of easy pizzas at a moment’s notice. Next is the cheese then the leftover seekh kebabs with onion and peppers then sprinkle herb seasoning and bake at 180 degree C for 10-15 minutes!

    These couldn’t be more simple.

    Once they have cooked, I remove them from the oven and allow them to cool enough so that they can be safely eaten, about 5 minutes and serve.

    Voila!!!

    How to Freeze Seekh Kebab Pizza Bites

    Once they have cooled completely, place them onto a sheet pan and allow them to flash freeze for about 30 minutes. Then, package them in freezer-safe zip top bags or containers for up to 2 weeks. To serve from frozen, just thaw overnight in the refrigerator and then reheat in the oven for about 10 minutes until heated throughout.

    Extra Bounce Tip:

    The fun thing is that they are completely customizable. And if you have kids around, or want to get friends involved in customizing their own, these are a great idea for a make-your-own-appetizer set up. Everyone will love tossing in their favorite toppings.

    Seekh Kebab Pizza Bites Recipe

    These easy Seekh Kebab Pizza Bites are a great way to serve pizza for appetizers…with a desi twist and its taste amazing. Do try it!

    • 1 ball of prepared Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought, cut into twelve 2.5 inch circles)
    • 12 leftover Seekh Kebabs
    • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
    • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
    • 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
    • Italian herb Seasoning for topping
    • 1 teaspoon oil for greasing
    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    2. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray, butter or olive oil.
    3. Cut each Seekh Kebab into four pieces and set aside.
    4. Divide pizza dough into 12 equal portions and place one pizza circle into the bottom of each greased muffin cup, making sure that the edges do not curl in to block the opening of the “cups”.
    5. Fill with 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, then stuff with your seekh kebabs, cheddar cheese, green pepper and onion toppings.
    6. Top with a generous pinch of shredded Mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of Italian seasonings.
    7. Repeat with remaining pizza cups.
    8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
    9. Remove from the oven and allow to rest about 3–5 minutes before serving.
    10. Delicious Seekh Kebab Pizza Bites are ready to serve.
    11. Serve immediately.

    Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce along with some fresh salad

    Vegetables: Chopped ginger and garlic and cut onion, capsicum, and Tomato in ¼ inch cubes and keep aside.
    Hot and Sour Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoon hot pepper Sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Vinegar, salt and Pepper to taste, chili flakes. Set aside.
    Egg Noodles: Cook the egg noodles in boiling water, add a little salt, cook for 5-7 minutes, then strain.

    Restaurant Style Hot and Sour Noodles Recipe

    This Restaurant Style Hot and Sour Noodles Recipe makes a bright and healthy dinner for a small family. There are layers and layers of flavors in these easy noodles that are ready in 30 minutes.

    • 1/2 packet Egg Noodles (boiled)
    • 1 medium onion (cut into cubes)
    • 1 large tomato (de-seeded and cut into cubes)
    • 1 green bell pepper (shimla mirch, cut into cubes)
    • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
    • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

    Ingredients for Marination:

    • 250 gm boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
    • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1 egg white
    • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper (crushed)
    • salt to taste

    Ingredients For Sauce:

    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
    • 2 tablespoon hot pepper Sauce
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
    • salt and Pepper to taste
    • chili flakes (optional)
    • black olives (optional)
    1. Cut all vegetable into cubes and keey aside. Then cut the chicken into cubes and marinate with ginger garlic paste, egg white, Cornflour, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, red pepper and salt. Mix well and keep aside.



    2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles for 5-7 minutes, until they reach desired consistency. Drain the noodles. Rinse in a bowl of cold water and drain again. Keep aside.

    3. Heat 4 tbsp olive oil in wok or large frying pan over a medium to high heat.



    4. Fry marinated chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes or until cook from inside and golden brown from outside.



    5. Remove from the oil and keep aside.

    6. Now saute chopped ginger garlic in the remaining oil for 30 seconds or until aromatic.



    7. Add half cup of water, hot pepper sauce, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Let it simmer for 2 minutes or until all water dries up.



    8. Add the onion and keep stirring on high flame. Season with salt and pepper.



    9. Add capsicum and stir fry together for 1 minute then add tomato and turn the heat on high.



    10. Add the tomato ketchup and vinegar, continue to stir fry for 1 minute.



    11. Adjust the seasoning to taste and add fried chicken.



    12. Toss in the noodles,breaking up the clumps as you drop them in and continue to stir fry for 30 seconds.

    13. Pour in 2 tablespoons of water and let it steam up through the ingredients ,helping to cook the veg and to warm the noodles through.

    14. Remove the pan from the heat.Sprinkle some chili flakes over it and top up with olives.



    15. Serve up straight away to appreciate the kick. ENJOY!!



    1. To make non-sticky noodles, do not overcook them in step-2. Cook them until they are cooked but not mushy. Do not forget to pour cold water over noodles after cooking to remove excess starch.
    2. This is my absolute favorite ingredients combination, but feel free to use any vegetables or protein that you have on hand. Instead of chicken, you can use firm tofu to make it vegetarian. You can also use prawns or thinly sliced beef.
    3. As for the vegetables, don’t omit the crispy onion and capsicum. For variation, add baby corns, red and yellow capsicum, mushrooms or any other vegetables of your choice.
    4. You can use either green chilli sauce or hot pepper sauce sauce per your preference. Hot Pepper sauce sauce will help you get the typical restaurant color.
    5. Adjust quantity of hot sauce and soy sauce per your taste. Do not add more soy sauce as it tastes bitter and it will change the taste of noodles.
    6. All vegetables and noodles must be tossed over over high-flame to get restaurant like taste and texture.
    7. This dish is not very good after reheating because the noodles absorb the sauce and become mushy and the whole dish is just a little dry. If you want to make it ahead, store the sauce separately and combine only before serving.

    Can’t decide whether to make a grilled kabab or an egg in a hole? Make both!
    Two of my favorite food groups—eggs and toast—unite in this take on the playful dish also known as egg in a hole, Egg in a Basket or Egg in a Boat or, more simply, egg in toast. I fancy it up by filling the bread center with mince crust and topping with basil or chili flakes. And It came out so delicious!

    For this recipe, I used a normal mince kabab mixture for filling the bread , to keep it low carb. The outside was crunchy and crispy and inside was so juicy and tasted so good with the egg in the middle. A nice way to add some more protein to a sandwich, while also providing something of a sauce from the egg yolk (depending on how you cook your egg). It’s adds just a little oomph of flavor to the sandwich.

    Watch carefully as you cook the mince crust, and don’t raise the heat higher than medium: The goal is for the mince crust to brown and the egg to set simultaneously. Save the crust center for making breadcrumbs.

    Also how well the eggs must be cooked is a personal choice. Some like over easy, sunnyside up or completely cooked through. No matter how you make it, this will remain a favorite breakfast option passed on for many generations to come. When you make this cute breakfast-for-dinner recipe, you can vary it by using cheese, vegetables or sauteed Spinach in place of the mince filling.

    Low Carb Egg In a Hole Recipe

    Whether you call it Egg in a Hole, Egg in a Basket or Egg in a Boat, this easy healthy breakfast is sure to delight. Serve with a side of fruit for a wholesome, satisfying start to the day.

    • 1 slice Multigrain bread ((You can use your favorite kind of bread))
    • 1/4 cup Mince Kabab (You can get recipe from here )
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1 whole egg
    • few red pepper flakes
    • a pinch of dried basil (optional)
    • a pinch of salt
    • Optional: shredded cheese (I like cheddar)
    1. Take a thick slice of bread (I like the multigrain bread because of its texture and flavor, but you can use whole wheat or white bread).
    2. Cut the middle of the bread from the slice leaving a ½-inch (1 cm) border of crust.
    3. Stuff the bread slice hole with some Mince Kabab filling.
    4. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
    5. Put your bread over it and cook on the mince side.
    6. Cover and let it cook until it is light golden, a couple minutes.
    7. Flip your bread slice.
    8. Now with a spatula or spoon make a hole inside of the bread.
    9. Then carefully crack your egg into the hole on top of the mince topping to make sure the egg does not spill over.
    10. Season with salt and red pepper and a sprinkle of basil.
    11. Cover the pan and Cook until the egg is pretty set on the bottom, another minute or so.
    12. Cook until the other side of the egg white is set but the middle is still runny.
    13. You can add some cheese.
    14. Transfer to a plate.

    15. Your Delicious Egg-in-a Hole is ready to eat.

    16. Enjoy!

    When I make homemade pizza, I like to get the cheese extra melted and bubbly. I love the sides to get a little brown and the bottom to be extra crispy. To obtain all this goodness, I switch my oven to broil for a quick minute as the pizza is finishing up. I suggest you try it! What I don’t suggest you try is walking out of the kitchen to answer your phone, only to come back finding your pizza burnt to a black crisp with the oven still on broil.

    Whoops! Yeah, I make mistakes too.

    My love affair with barbecue chicken pizza began long, long ago. The flavors and textures in this pizza are incredible! You have the sweet tang from the BBQ sauce, the meaty chicken, the zesty red onion, fresh green pepper, smoky jalapeno, soft crust, crispy edges, and ultra cheesy mozzarella covering it all. Does anything sound better?

    Ditch the delivery guy, you’re eating homemade tonight! It’s easy, cheesy, and fun, especially on the weekends!  While you can never go wrong with traditional cheese and pepperoni, give BBQ chicken chunks a chance and you wont be disappointed!  You can cook your own chicken and shred it for this recipe, or use a rotisserie chicken, which gives great flavor and cuts the prep time in half!  This is the easiest recipe and tastes super delicious!

    Bismillah let’s get started.

    First, get your oven heated up to Gas Mark 180 degrees C.  Then, grab some pizza dough. You can use a ready made pizza base which would make dinner appear a lot faster. I used one batch of my Fresh Pizza Dough. 

    Place it onto a floured surface. And, roll and shape the dough into a 9-inch triangle. Roll out to fit your pizza tray. Next, You need barbecue sauce. Use shop bought or make it homemade which I did using this Homemade Barbecue Sauce recipe.  It’s really easy and uses ingredients that I bet you already have in the cupboard. Now, grab the rest of your ingredients. Top with chicken chunks and play with your favorite toppings.

    Finally, take some Grated Mozzarella. And, then the jalapeno slices.

    Place the pizza into the hot oven to bake .. for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.

    UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA RECIPE

    • 2 cups BBQ chicken chunks (cooked)
    • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for brushing)
    • 1/2 pound prepared pizza dough (, at room temperature)
    • 1/2 cup dark barbecue sauce
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
    • 1 small onion (thinly sliced or cubed)
    • 1 small green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
    • jalapeno (for topping (optional))
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1. Cut the chicken chunks into small pieces.
    2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
    3. Add the chicken chunks and sauté until the edges begin to brown, about 10 minutes.
    4. Position racks in the upper third and middle of the oven.
    5. Place a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the top rack and preheat the oven to 180 degrees C for at least 20 minutes.
    6. Meanwhile, layout a sheet of parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
    7. Divide dough into two equal parts and transfer it onto a dry surface.
    8. Roll and shape the dough into a 9-inch triangle, stretching it with our hands as needed.
    9. Lightly brush the dough with olive oil.
    10. Spread about the 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce over each pizza.
    11. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese atop the sauce.
    12. Top with cooked chicken chunks.
    13. For a pleasantly crisp touch, spread the uncooked onions and green bell pepper over the chicken mixture. If you prefer onions that are completely cooked, sauté them all with the chicken.
    14. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese oregano and dried basil over them.
    15. Top with jalapoens.
    16. Bake the pizzas for about 15-18 minutes, until the crust(s) are golden and cheese melts and the topping is bubbling.
    17. Remove from the oven, and cut into pieces.

    19. Garnish with snipped fresh basil, if desired.
    20. Serve warm or hot!

    Serve with some fresh salad and your favorite dipping sauce.

    I love creating recipes with what’s on hand, so I decided to use the noodles as a ‘pasta’ base, and create this Pakistani inspired spicy, creamy Butter Chicken Pasta with the remaining ingredients to go along. With a few twists, out came a perfectly balanced and super satisfying Pakistani Italian fusion that worked in every way, and came together in under 30 minutes

    Pasta tossed in creamy butter chicken or Murgh Makhani. The pasta noodles soaks up all the creamy buttery sauce from the butter chicken. It was a purely experimental and turned out to be one of the best pasta dishes I ever had.

    Bread pizza is one of the quickest & easiest snacks that you can make with minimal ingredients. All you need is of course some bread slices, veggies of your choice, pizza sauce, cheese, leftover chicken, and some seasoning. Easy right?

    To make the bread pizza healthier use whole wheat breads or any bread that you fancy. Garlic bread would taste great too.

    There are a few tricks to making this bread pizza taste its best. First, you’ll want to toast the bread for about 5 minutes by itself to crisp it up a bit. Then you’ll add the pizza sauce , cheese (a good melty mozzarella) and your favorite toppings (I liked veggie version, but you can add leftover tikka, seekh kebabs,  cooked mince, mushrooms etc choices are endless ) before returning it to the oven to get the cheese melty and the pizza glistening.

    And that’s all there is to it! This is great recipe to make with your kids or better yet, let your kids make themselves.

    For dinner, I’ll serve it alongside a big salad. For lunch, I usually put out veggies and hummus to go with it. And for an ea  snack, I cut each toast into fourths and serve it with fruit. They’re easy to make, easy to eat and easy to clean up after. YES!!

    The Easiest Bread Pizza -so delicious! Easy to customize with all your favorite toppings! A simple recipe that your family will love it!

    • 6 bread slices (white bread/whole wheat bread)
    • 3 teaspoon butter
    • 6 tablespoon pizza sauce
    • 1 very small onion (thinly sliced)
    • 1/2 small capsicum (thinly sliced)
    • 1/4 cup sweet corn
    • 1/4 cup chicken chunks ((optional))
    • 6 black olives (thinly sliced)
    • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese (grated)
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • red chili flakes (for sprinkling)
    1. Position rack in top third of oven and preheat to 400°F or 200°C.
    2. Spray a baking tray with nonstick cooking spray and arrange the bread slices on it.
    3. Spread butter generously over the bread slices.
    4. Bake the bread slices for 5 minutes or until just starting to toast.
    5. Remove toasted bread from oven and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce.
    6. Sprinkle dried oregano over it.
    7. Top with veggies, chicken, and red-pepper flakes and shredded Mozarella cheese.
    8. Garnish with olives, (if desired).
    9. Return to oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
    10. Sprinkle dried basil on it.
    11. Delicious and the Easiest Bread Pizza is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

    Baking is an assortment of pure love, garnished with utmost care into a culmination of all the good things that life has to offer. These gorgeous Flower Shaped Buns are truly spectacular, and they taste just as amazing as they look!

    How do you make them? Is there too hard to shape? Is there a complicated technique? Is it wizardry?

    Just a few of the thoughts I had before attempting these beauties. However, I’m elated to report that if you can master my Vegetable Stuffed Buns & Baby Chicken Bread (and you totally can), you can master the Flower Shaped Buns, too!

    These flower shaped buns are simple to make and cute to look at.

    It all starts with a simple dough that rises in 1 hour. To keep things a little on the healthier side, I went with a 2:1  mix of unbleached all purpose and whole wheat pastry flour for slightly-hearty-but-still-decadent buns.

    You could also go entirely all-purpose for true bakery style, all whole-wheat pastry for a healthier buns, or some other combination that I haven’t thought of! 

    So how are these simple? I’m glad you asked.

    Bismisllah Let’s Get This Started !

    Ingredients You will Need:

    For Buns Dough
    • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoon milk powder
    • 1/2 cup water (might use less)
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 4 tablespoon oil
    • 4 tablespoon melted butter
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    Chicken Filling
    • 2 cups boiled chicken, shredded
    • 1 large red onion, finel chopped
    • 2 tablespoon butter
    • 2 tablespoon plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chili, crushed
    • 4 tablespoon coriander leaves
    • 4 green chilies, finely chopped
    • 1 cup milk
    For Assembling Buns
    • white & black sesame seeds, as required
    • 1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tsp milk, for brushing the buns before baking

    How to Make Flower Shaped Buns:

    Step 1: Sieve the flour and dry milk powder in a large mixing bowl. Make three holes in the flour, and then put sugar, yeast, and salt in each hole. Gently cover the holes with the flour. Then add the oil, melted butter and the egg, and combine together.

    Step 2: Pour lukewarm milk in the flour mix. Start kneading together and gradually add the lukewarm water a little at a time. You may not need to use all the water, so add it sparingly until your dough comes together and is nice and soft. Knead for a good 10-15 minutes.When the dough becomes smooth and elastic, it is done. (Note: The more you knead the dough, the softer the buns will be).

    Step 3: Touch a bit of oil with your fingertips and apply all over the ball of dough. Loosely cover the bowl with plastic wrap or cover with a damp cloth and set it in a warm place for 40 minutes to an hour for it to double in size.

    Step 4 :To Make Chicken Filling – Melt 2 tablespoon butter in a frying pan or wok. Saute onion in butter until transculant. Add flour, salt, pepper and red chili and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add milk and cook for 4-5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Add shredded chicken, green chilies, fresh coriander leaves. Stir until well combined and remove from the heat. Let it cool completely.

    Step 5: When the dough has risen into a nice big size, take the dough out of the bowl and Punch it down to remove some of the air in the dough.

    Step 6: Divide the dough into 16-18 balls, depending on the size of buns you would like.

    Step 7: Gently roll out each piece of dough and make a round ball. Flatten a ball until it is about 3 inches in diameter and place 2 tablespoon of chicken filling in the center.

    Step 8: Pull up the edges of the rolled out dough and pinch together to firmly seal the filling within.

    Step 9: Put the sealed part face down on the board and press the dough into about a 2 inch diameter. Make 8 decorative slits around the edge, equally spaced apart (either using a pizza cutter or sharp knife or even a pair of kitchen scissors).

    Step 10 : Place the prepared buns on a greased cooking sheet or tray and cover with a light cloth and let them rise for about 20 minutes to half an hour.

    Step 11: Brush each bun with beaten egg yolks and put some black and white sesame seeds in the center of the each bun.

    Step 12: Bake the buns, in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.

    Step 13: Remove and brush the buns top with melted butter (it will give nice shiny look) and let it rest covered with a cloth for 2-3 min to soften the bread completely.. Flower Shaped Buns are ready to serve. ENJOY with your favorite dipping sauce.

    These Flower Shaped Buns are definitely a treat for weekend Tea Party. Especially when served with a luxurious garlic sauce generously topped with mayonnaise.

Then, we are talking about one of the most decadent chocolate cakes – Chocolate Lover’s Dream Cake.

    Since I began blogging, there are a few fantastic recipes which made me say, “Wooow, I hope I will be able to make something like this some day”. Of course, after a good look and many photos of these desserts, I always gave up not having enough belief in my baking possibilities.

    But, with time, after a lot of experience and time spent in the kitchen, my confidence began to grow. And in time missions in the kitchen that looked impossible were beginning to be solved. So I began to flirt with recipes like Chocolate Mousse CakeBanana Chocolate Loaf Cake  and similar.

    Well, today it was turn for another chocolate masterpiece, Chocolate Lover’s Dream Cake. Only one look at the photos of this divine chocolate cake always made me drool.

    A heavenly delicious chocolate cake you’ve been dreaming of! So good, every bite is worthy of a celebration! After all, there is never too much chocolate, right?! It’s pure decadence in every single bite!!!

    I have to admit this cake is not the prettiest cake but with that chocolate ganache and grated dark chocolate on top it dresses it up and makes it look scrumptious.

    You can serve this cake warm without ganache or cold with creamy ganache on top. I can guardsmen that there will be no leftovers of this cake. If you have chocolate lovers around you better stand back because they will run you over just to get a piece of this cake. This chocolate cake is wonderful for birthdays, bake sales, tea parties or any gathering.

    If you are not a true chocoholic then move on. But if you are, then you must try this Chocolate Lover’s Dream Cake!!!

    Chocolate Lover’s Dream Cake Recipe

    This delicious Chocolate Lover’s Dream Cake is a dream cake for everyone that loves chocolate.

    For Cake Sponge

    • 2-1/4 cups plain flour (maida)
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • 2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup butter or margarine (at room temperature)
    • 1-3/4 cups sugar
    • 5 eggs (at room temperature)
    • 1 cup sour cream (at room temperature)
    • 1/4 cup whole milk
    • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
    • 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Ingredients For Ganache

    • 200 gm semi sweet chocolate
    • 1/2 cup whipping cream
    • 2 teaspoon butter

    For Topping

    • Dark chocolate (grated)
    1. Preheat oven at 170 degree C or 300 degree F.
    2. Prepare bundt cake pan by greasing and flouring it generously.
    3. Place chocolate chips in a small bowl. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon of the flour over them. Mix to ensure all the chocolate chips are coated. Note:(This will help prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the cake during baking).
    4. Now 1st prepare the dry ingredients. Sift the remaining flour with the cocoa powder, instant coffee, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside.
    5. Take a small jug to prepare wet ingredients. Add sour cream, whole milk and vanilla essence in it. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
    6. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    7. Now add the eggs one at a time, beating well and scraping the sides of the bowl after each addition.
    8. Then start adding the dry and wet ingredients in turns. Start with adding a third of the dry ingredients, mix it in. Then add half the wet ingredients and mix. Next another third of the dry, followed by the remainder of the wet ingredients. Finally add the last third of the dry and mix.
    9. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and fold the batter gently.
    10. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top evenly.
    11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
    12. Allow the cake to rest in the pan for about 10 minutes before turning it out on a wire rack to continue cooling completely.

    To Make the Ganache

    1. Place the grated chocolate into a bowl.
    2. Then add the butter and cream.
    3. Melt them all together over a double boiler or in the microwave, giving it all an occasional stir to ensure no lumps form.
    4. Pour this over the top of your cake and allow it to set. (Note: Before pouring ganache, make sure your cake must be completly cool).
    5. Now top with grated chocolate.
    6. Your Delicious Chocolate Lover’s Dream Cake is ready to enjoy! 🙂

    After a whole month of no blogging, no cooking and baking I’m back in the biz with this star of a recipe – “Italian Herb Crusted Cheese Pizza!”

    I was extremely busy with my mid terms exams and eid shopping, so I couldn’t get a chance to publish new posts on my blog. Exams were taking priority sadly. But from now till eid, I’ll be try to more regular (InshaAllah)!

    I’m a lover of Italian food and fresh herbs and my family loves pizza in all forms. One of our favorite family meals is homemade pizza. We make regular Homemade pizza, Pan pizza, Pizza Cups, Pizza Rolls, Pizza sandwiches , Pizza Paratha and Pizza fries. One thing we love about it is that you can get really creative with toppings and today’s recipe is one of my recent (and favorite) creations –Italian Herb Crusted Cheese Pizza.

    Can you say “Delicioso?”  OMG, this pizza did not disappoint!   This, to me, is the perfect Italian Flavored pizza. The crust is light and crispy. The sauce is thick and tomato-y. The fresh mozzarella is mild and cheesy. The basil leaves are bright and fresh and the herb aroma is amazing. When I bit in and my mouth filled with saucy, cheesy, herby goodness I’m pretty sure I had a pizzagasm.  The cheese melted perfectly into the crust , the flavors being even more dramatic where it had browned into that crunchy, cheesy topping.

    I love eating food where in each bite you get something a little bit different, it makes it all the more interesting and enjoyable to eat and this pizza definitely delivers that… I like the basil leaves to be baked along with the pizza, but you can sprinkle them on top after baking if you prefer them uncooked. This recipe can be done with little effort, but it has a big impact on your taste buds and entire dinner experience.

    For this pizza I decided to use the pre-made homemade pizza dough, but feel free to make your own from scratch. It’s very straightforward to make and if you don’t fancy making your own pizza base then you could simply add the toppings to a store bought pizza crust. I always brush my pizza dough with olive oil and herb seasoning to make it even more delicious!
    While my pizza dough was rising in the pan, I prepared the pizza toppings. The pizza crust bakes for about 10-15 minutes in a 200 degree oven (or until crispy and light brown and cheese is melted). The secret to a good Sicilian crust is a nice coating of olive oil on the pan. That helps crisp up the bottom of the crust. A very hot oven is also crucial. The hard part is waiting for this oh so delicious pizza! The wait is definitely worth it, because you are rewarded with an amazingly delicious pizza.

    Italian Herb Crusted Cheese Pizza Recipe

    This, to me, is the perfect Italian Flavored pizza. Pizza crust seasoned with Italian herb flavored butter makes a delicious base for a cheese pizza. Give it a try!!

    For Pizza

    • 1 large pizza crust (homemade or store bought)
    • for Homemade pizza dough recipe click HERE
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
    • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
    • 1 teaspoons dried basil leaves
    • 1 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
    • 1 cup pizza sauce

    For Pizza Topping

    • 1 cup Cooked BBQ flavored Chicken (you can use any flavor of your choice)
    • 1-1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup Italian cheese blend
    • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
    • 1 small green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
    • 7-8 black olives (sliced)
    • a Handful fresh basil leaves
    • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
    1. Heat oven to 200°C.
    2. Grease a 16-inch pizza pan with butter or a non-stick cooking spray. Set asdie.
    3. On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a 16 inch circle.
    4. Poke in a few areas with a fork, cover, and let rise 20 minutes.
    5. Meanwhile, In a small bowl, mix together the butter, olive oil, basil,oregano, rosemary and garlic.
    6. Transfer dough to a prepared pan or baker’s peel.
    7. Spread butter-herb mixture over the dough.
    8. Now add a layer of pizza sauce, Italian cheese blend and a one cup of mozzarella cheese.
    9. Top with the chicken pieces, onion, green pepper and olives.
    10. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
    11. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano, basil,rosemary and fresh basil leaves.
    12. Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly, 10-15 minutes.
    13. Let cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
    14. Delicious Italian Italian Herb Crusted Cheese Pizza is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Roasted Summer Vegetables for a complete healthy and nutritious meal.

    • 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup un-slated butter (softened to room temperature)
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
    • 1/2 cup whole milk
    • 1/2 cup hot water

    Chocolate Coffee Ganache

    • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate (cut into small pieces)
    • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 teaspoon coffee extract

    For Topping

    • 2 teaspoon coconut flakes
    1. Preheat oven to 180 C or 350 F.
    2. Line a cupcake pan or muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside.

    For the Cupcakes

    1. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt. Keep aside.
    2. In another bowl, beat together the butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
    3. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as necessary.
    4. On medium speed, beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    5. Stir in the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
    6. With the mixer on low speed, add half of the dry ingredients and beat just until combined. Then beat in milk, followed by the other half of the dry ingredients, beating slowly until combined.
    7. Add hot water and beat just until combined.
    8. Do not over mix—the less you mix, the lighter the cake will be. The batter should be liquid.
    9. Divide batter evenly between cups, filling them about ¾ full.
    10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
    11. Allow cupcakes to sit for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

    For The Ganache

    1. Place the chopped chocolate in a medium-sized heatproof bowl.
    2. Set aside.
    3. Heat the cream and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. (Can also heat the cream and butter in the microwave.)
    4. Bring just to a boil.
    5. Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand, without stirring, for a few minutes.
    6. Stir gently (as you do not want to incorporate air into the ganache) with a spoon or whisk until smooth.
    7. If desired, add the coffee extract.
    8. Use Ganache immediately to decorate cupcakes, or store in the fridge, covered, for up to 3 days. Before using, bring to room temperature and whisk until smooth.
    9. Sprinkle coconut flakes or chocolate curls over the cupcakes. Your Super Moist Chocolate Cupcakes are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Extra Bonus Tips:

    1. If you would like to add coffee to the recipe, either add 1 teaspoon espresso powder or instant coffee granules along with the sifted dry ingredients, or replace the water with room temperature brewed coffee.
    2. Please make sure that you bake these for 20 minutes and not more. Baking timing is the most crucial thing for any cake recipe. A few minutes over and you’ll have a hard rock in the name of muffin. So keep checking!
    3. And yes..no peeking and opening the oven door for the first 15 minutes at  least.
    4. Cupcakes are best the same day they’re made, but can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
    5. Un-frosted cupcakes can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw, still covered, on the counter or overnight in the fridge.

    Cupcakes are an easy way to make an beautiful yet tasty dessert without much effort. Today I’m sharing one of my favorite Vanilla Cupcakes recipe. I love this recipe because it includes butter milk to make it lighter and fluffier. The best ever recipe that makes the moistest cupcakes and perfect chocolate on top of it! This recipe is perfect for the upcoming holiday summer season and is sure to become a favorite.

    I actually made these a long time back but never really got around to editing the pictures which is why I didn’t post them. They look super pretty and I wanted them to look like it in the pictures so I took my time with them.

    These cupcakes are plain vanilla flavored (which is very difficult to get right) and are so moist that they’ll actually dissolve in your mouth the minute you take a bite. Pillowy soft, these cupcakes are topped with favorite chocolate frosting made with unsalted butter and whipping cream which gives it that perfect flavour without making it heavy.

    Having a staple recipe is so handy, and this one is great with other flavours added. The frosting.. well it’s a whole other thing! It is divine, and rich, and well, perfect to go with anything.

    Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting Recipe

    Pillowy soft, these Vanilla cupcakes are topped with favorite chocolate frosting made with unsalted butter and whipping cream which gives it that perfect flavour without making it heavy.

    Vanilla Cupcakes

    • 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup butter (unsalted at room temperature)
    • 2/3 cups granulated sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 cup butter milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    For Chocolate Frosting

    • 2 cups 350 gm best-quality semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
    • 1 cup 250 gm butter, softened
    • 1 cup icing sugar (sifted)
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • 1/4 cup fresh cream

    To Make Vanilla Cupcakes

    1. Preheat oven to 175°C or 350°F.
    2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake papers.
    3. To make the cupcakes, whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer for about 5 minutes and longer with a hand whisk.
    4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    5. Add in the vanilla extract and whisk again.
    6. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt directly into this mixture and mix using a spatula until combined.
    7. Do not use an electric mixer because you risk knocking the air out that you created in step 1.
    8. Add in the butter milk and mix until you form a nice batter.
    9. Using a rubber spatula, scrape down the batter in the bowl to make sure the ingredients are well blended.
    10. Carefully spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, or fill using a piping bag, filling them about three-quarters full.
    11. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until they spring back when pressed.
    12. Cool the cupcakes in the tins for 10 minutes. Remove from the tins and cool completely on a wire rack before icing.

    To Make Chocolate Frosting

    1. While the cupcakes are baking you can start preparing your frosting.
    2. Combine cocoa and the fresh cream, stirring until cocoa has dissolved.
    3. With an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter and confectioners’ sugar until pale and fluffy.
    4. Reduce speed to low.
    5. Add melted and cooled chocolate, beating until combined and scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
    6. Beat in the cocoa mixture.Avoid over mixing.
    7. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag and set it in the fridge to be used later.
    8. Once your cupcakes are done, let them cool for about 2 hours before you start piping them with the frosting. Once frosted, sprinkle some grated chocolate and icing sugar on top to make your cupcakes pretty. Enjoy!

    Extra-Bonus Tip:

    Dark chocolate lovers, be sure to use bittersweet chocolate.

    As a child I was not the veggie lover I am today.When my mommy cooked veggies, I was apprehensive. Vegetables? Ew! A few years have passed since then and I love veggies of all shapes and sizes.  

    This weekend, I had a day off and I decided to cook nothing but finger foods. I knew I wanted veggie pizza, but I wanted something more convenient and easier to eat. I have found that when I make veggie pizza in the flat pizza style, it can be a little messy to eat because the toppings want to fall off. So, I did a quick Youtube search and found the recipe I used as inspiration for my Veggie Pizza Cups.

    It’s one of my favorite finger food. It’s amazing that just a few basic ingredients can come together into something so delicious.  For topping, I decided to use mixed veggies (corn, carrot, capsicum, green onion) and mushrooms in these because they’re my favorites veggies, but you could easily mix it up and use any toppings you like. I really do recommend making it as listed though, because these were just perfect. It tastes just like you’re eating a slice of pizza! Don’t skip out on the Italian Seasoning either – I think it adds a lot of flavor.

    They tasted delicious and impressed my family without making a mess. I will definitely be making them again this holiday season.

     Lamb burgers are a wonderful alternative to beef burgers and are incredibly easy to make and the spicy rub gives full-on Asian flavour. They can be served with homemade coleslaw, oven-baked Potato Wedges or with a delicious Homemade Hummus.

    The lamb, however lean, is rich, packed with protein and nutrients and earthy in flavor. Lamb and herbs are both champions of spring and when combined into a burger and met with a hot grill or pan it marks the intersection of spring and summer.

    The burger is simply adorned with creamy cabbage coleslaw, and a tomato seared over the grill to encourage sweetness and to create a texture that melts into the burger. This is the sort of burger that calls for a soft bun; a brioche or potato roll are both great contenders.

    These burgers do not fall apart. However, if you want them more dense and hard you can use organic cornstarch. Buy organic to stay away from nasty GMOs.

    This recipe is really quite simple and can easily be doubled or tripled to feed a crowd. Use whatever mix of fresh herbs you have on hand keeping to mostly the light leafy ones like mint (lamb LOVES mint) parsley, chives, dill, basil, etc. The lamb mince gives these burgers an excellent texture, but the recipe works equally well with minced beef or chicken, turkey.

    It actually doubles as the perfect party food because you can prepare and cook the burgers and coleslaw in advance and just heat them up and prepare the burger buns when needed so you spend more time with guests rather than in the kitchen.     Some Tips to make The Tasty Homemade Lamb Burgers

    I’ve added the full recipe below. However here are a few tips…

    1. Keep it simple – There are lots of recipes out there that add all sorts to the burgers. In my opinion it’s just not necessary. I use just few simple ingredients – lamb mince, herb seasoning (my fav seasoning), little cheese, egg and bread crumbs.
    2. That said, once you can make a great basic burger than why not start having a play with flavorings, you can add all sorts of herbs and spices. I even sometimes go for a hidden cheesy center!
    3. Don’t go too lean with your mince. There’s a bit of olive oil added to meat to tenderize and add in a bit of fat. I love the how lean lamb is but for the grill a bit of fat helps to ensure the burgers stay tender and juicy.
    4. In all my other recipes with mince I use extra lean so cut down on the fat. However, when you’re making something so simple a little extra fat tastes better.
    5. The better the mince the better the burger. These burgers are simple lamb mince with herbs to enhance the flavour. If you buy rubbish mince then there’s no disguising it with other ingredients.
    6. Don’t play around with it while it’s cooking. The more you play with it, the more of the juices will flow out and it’ll make your burger drier.

    Homemade Lamb Burger Recipe

    For anyone who really likes burgers, try this recipe, you will love these Lamb Burgers, the perfect, protein-packed meal.Lamb burgers make a great change from beef and the spicy rub gives full-on Asian flavour And they’re reliably tender and juicy, even when cooked to well done.

    For The Burger Patties

    • 500 gm minced lamb
    • 1 small onion (minced)
    • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
    • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    • 2 tablspoon choped mint leaves
    • 2 tablespoon chopped freshly parlsey
    • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
    • a pinch Black Pepper
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili
    • salt to taste
    • 2 teaspoon olive oil

    For The Burger

    • 4 burger buns
    • 1 cup coleslaw salad
    • few tomato slices
    • salad leaves

    For Coleslaw

    • 1 cup shredded cabbage
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 small carrot (grated)
    • 1 teaspoon white sugar
    • a pinch of salt and pepper

    To make Coleslaw

    1. Make coleslaw by combining all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    2. Mix until well combined.
    3. Top with fresh mint leaves to add a delicious flavour to your lamb burgers.

    To Make Lamb Burgers

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree C.
    2. Lightly grease a baking tray with olive oil.
    3. For the dry rub, pound all the ingredients in a pestle and mortar until combined.
    4. Take it out in a mixing bowl and divide the minced mixture into 4 pieces.
    5. Pat each piece into a ball then squash into a burger, about 1.5 cm thick.
    6. Place the burgers on the greased baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil over the burger patties and cook in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how well you like your burgers done.
    7. You can cook burgers on your barbecue grill or in a griddle pan for 6 to 7 minutes each side, or until done to your liking.
    8. Don’t worry if you think they look burnt, that’s just a combination of the spices, the caramelising lamb fat and the smoke.
    9. When the burgers are nearly ready, toast the buns on the side of the barbecue or griddle pan.
    10. To serve, spread some coleslaw on the toasted buns, top with the burger patties, tomato and olives and squash them into the buns. Enjoy!!

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve this really tasty, easy homemade burger recipe with your favorite toppings.

    Extra-Bonus Tips:
    For the salad, place the lettuce leaves, mint and edible flowers in a bowl, dress with the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil and tap over the pomegranate seeds to add little capsules of sweetness. Delicious!
