- 1 cup boneless Chicken, cooked
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, crushed
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying

Boil the macaroni for 7-8 minutes or until al-dente (still firm).
Drain and set aside.
Place chicken and boiled macaroni in a large bowl.
Stir in the green onion, and green chilies.
Add eggs, soy sauce and cumin seeds.
Season with salt and pepper.Mix until well combined.
Shaep into balls and coat evenly with flour.
Roll the balls in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat. Fry the macaroni balls for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.Macaroni balls are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
