- 1-1/2 kg chicken cut into eight pieces
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup brown onion, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 teaspoon ginger/garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon all spices
- few coriander leaves, chopped
- 3 green chillies, chopped

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces along with salt, browned onion, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and ginger and garlic paste.Stir and cook for 10 minutes.
Then add one cup water and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is almost tender.
Add tomatoes and yoghurt and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add all vegetables and cook for 20 minutes.
Lastly, add all spices, coriander leaves and green chillies. Chicken with Vegetables are ready to serve.
- Serve with white rice, chapati or garlic naan.
