Chicken is coated with a spicy rub, and baked with a hot, tangy sauce. This is a mildly spicy, tangy, and tender baked chicken. Goes well with Bean Salad.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub spices over the chicken pieces. Arrange chicken pieces on the prepared baking dish.
Pour chicken stock, honey in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes then stir in lime juice and jalapeno. Cook for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Place chicken in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Continue cooking 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
Place mashed potatoes and chicken in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Add green chilies, corn flour, capsicum and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Shape into small cutlets.
Step 4
Dip each cutlet in beaten egg then roll in fresh bread crumbs.
Step 4
Turn to coat evenly.
Step 5
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Shallow fry cutlets on each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel. Mayo Potato Chicken Cutlets are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Ingredients
1poundboneless chicken
1egglightly beaten 2 boiled potatoes
2boiled potatoes
1/4cupcheddar cheese
2tbspchicken tikka spice
1tbspyogurt
1tspcrushed red chili
24roll sheets
Oil for frying
Instructions
Method
Cut chicken into thin strips.
Place chicken strips, yogurt in a large bowl.
Season with chicken tikka spice.
Mix well.
Cover and leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 10 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.
Turn the heat off and take it out in a bowl.
Add boiled potatoes and cheese.
Mix well.
Let it to cool completely.
Place the 2 tablespoon chicken mixture in one corner of the roll sheets.
Fold the sheet.
Spread egg on the edges and roll up tightly.
Repeat this procedure with remaining ingredients.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Fry chicken rolls for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
Mini Chicken Rolls are ready to serve.

Sajji is a native dish of the desert province of Baluchistan, Pakistan. Eid is a big celebration and on this special occasion wonderful meaty dishes are cooked. Sajji is one of them. This is the recipe of Chicken Sajji, made easy for you, so that you could easily prepare it at home, Enjoy!
Chicken Sajji Ingredients:
1 whole skinned chicken, about 1.5kg
salt to taste
1 tbsp black pepper
5 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp chat masala
cotton thread: a small piece
coal: 2-3 pcs (medium)
How to make Chicken Sajji:
Wash the chicken, take a pan, filled with water, add salt and dip the chicken in this salted water for about 2 – 3 hours.
Rinse the salt after 3 hours & then marinate it with lemon juice, black pepper and chat masala and keep it for 2 hours.
Tie the two legs with thread. Put the chicken in a pan & cover it completely with aluminum foil.
Pre heat the oven at temp 250 centigrade and bake it for about 1hour until the meat is tender.
Remove the foil after one hour and bake the chicken again at temp 350 for 15-20 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Heat the coal on burner until they are red.
Take a covered deg-chi, put coal in the bottom of it, put chicken in it & cover the lid for 2-3 minutes so that the chicken smells smoky.

Add ginger garlic paste , chicken cubes and tomatoes. Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until tomatoes become soft.

Add potatoes, green chilies, yogurt. Stir well. Cook 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Now stir in the sindhi biryani masala. Mix well. Turn the heat off and set aside.
Step 8
Layer boiled rice , food colour, chicken curry,coriander and mint leaves. Repeat again this procedure.
Step 9
Sprinkle black cumin and brown onion on the top. Drizzle with 4 tablespoon oil.
Step 10
Put the lid on and let it cook for 15 minutes on very low flame.
Step 11
Stir in the way that some rice are white and some yellow and some are orange. Dish it out. Delicious Tikka Biryani is ready to serve.

This time though she has combined both the chicken and okra to create this savoury, fragrant and juicy curry. Yummy…..sounds delicious!!

Ingredients
500gm chicken
500gm okra
4green chilies
2onionsthinly sliced
3 tomatoeschopped
1/2cupoil
1tbspginger garlic paste
1tbspred chili powder
1tbspcoriander powder
1tspall spice powder
1/2tspturmeric powder
salt to taste
1onionsliced or chopped

Directions
Wash okra properly then cut them from top and bottom.
Pat dry.
Heat oil in a wok or karahi over medium heat.
Fry the okras for 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden.
Take it out and drain on a paper towel.
Set aside.
Now add onions in the remaining oil.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook 1 minute longer.
Add chicken, red chili, coriander and turmeric and tomatoes.
Cook until chicken is no longer pink and all water dries.
As the meat tender, add in fried okra, 1 onion and green chilies.
Sprinkle all spice powder.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Take it out in a serving dish.
Chicken Bhindi is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
