    For Balti Beef:

    • 1 kg sirloin beef roast, cut into slices
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 red bell pepper,seeded and chopped
    • 2 tbsp desi ghee or butter
    • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

    For Balti Sauce:

    • 2 tbsp desi ghee or vegetable oil
    • 2 large onions,finely chopped
    • 3 tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp paprika powder
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp red cayenne pepper
    • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
    • 1 bay leaf
    • salt to taste

    For Garnishing

    • Few coriander leaves, chopped

    Step 1
    To make Balti Sauce:

    Heat ghee or oil in a pot oevr medium heat. Saute onion for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

    Step 2

    Add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 2 minutes.

    Step 3

    Stir in the tomatoes.

    Step 4

    Season with the paprika, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, cardamom powder, bay leaf, and salt.

    Step 5

    Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.

    Step 6

    Reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

    Step 7

    Let the sauce cool slightly, discard the bay leaf.

    Step 8

    Pour the mixture into a blender and process until smooth.

    Step 9

    Keep aside.

    Step 10
    To Make Balti Beef:

    Wipe out the pot and return it to medium heat.

    Step 11

    Melt ghee and add onion, garlic and stir fry for 5 minutes or until lighlt browned.

    Step 12

    Add the red bell pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

    Step 13

    Stir in the beef roast and continue cooking for 2 minutes, until it starts to turn brown.

    Step 14

    Add the balti sauce and bring to a boil.

    Step 15

    Reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.

    Step 16

    Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

    Step 17

    Dish it out. Garnish with coriander leaves. Delicious Balti Beef is ready to serve.

    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoon cornflour

    • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

    To Make Pizza Dough:
    In a large bowl, combine together the flour, instant yeast, Salt, sugar, oil and chicken powder.

    Add luke warm water and knead a soft dough.

    Bang dough well.

    Keep the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a wet cloth and leave it on room temperature for 30 minutes.

    Step 5

    Punch down the dough.

    Lightly greased a pizza pan or baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.

    Roll dough and put on the prepared pan.

    Prick the dough with fork and set aside

    To Make Pizza Sauce:

    In a large saucepan, Cook all together the pizza sauce ingredients until sauce is thickened.

    Spread sauce on the pizza base.

    To Make Chicken Filling:
    In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken strips with salt, white pepper, green chili garlic sauce, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.

    Give dum of a coal and stir with cream and keep aside.

    To Assemble Pizza:

    Put chicken filling on pizza base.

    Top with onion, green pepper and mushrooms.

    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and oregano.

    Bake, in the preheated oven, for 30 minutes or until crust turn golden and cheese is bubbly.

    Roll into a 4 inch kachori. Repeat this procedure with remaining ingredients.

    Keep the kachori’s covered with a wet cloth.

    To Make Frying Kachori’s

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Fry the kachori’s for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy, flaky and golden brown.

    Today i am sharing Fish Tikka Boti recipe for all Fish lovers. It is a very healthy diet as it contains the vitamins A and Vitamin D. Once you cook this Fish Tikka Boti and serve, your friends and family will love it.

    This is an excellent and perfect Fish boti recipe and it is very simple to make.

    Fish Tikka Boti Recipe

    • 1 kg fish fillets (cut into cubes)
    • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/2 cup fresh cream
    • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 1 teaspoon green chili paste
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • salt to taste
    • few drops of food color
    • skewers as required
    • oil for basting

    For Garnishing

    • few salad leaves
    • lemon wedges

    Method

    1. Wash fish and pat dry.Cut fish fillets into 1 inch cubes.
    2. Put in a large bowl. Add salt, green chili paste, garlic- ginger paste, lemon juice, yogurt, fresh cream, red chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder and food color. Mix well.
    3. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour to blemd flavours.
    4. Soak the bamboo skewers into the water for 20 minutes, so they don’t get burnt while grilling.
    5. Thread fish cubes on the wet bamboo skewers.
    6. Grill them on charcoal grill for 5 minutes on each side or until they turn into golden color.
    7. Bust with oil. Remove from the skewers and transfer into a serving platter.
    8. Garnish with lemon wedges and salad leaves. Delicious Fish Boti Tikka is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve it with green salad and Naan bread.

    Drain the mutton and squeeze the spice bundle to extract maximum flavor and discard.

    Reserve the stock.

    In a shallow bowl, sieve together the flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add the yogurt and enough stock to make a batter of thick consistency.

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe

    For Fried Fish

    • 1 kg halibut fish
    • 1 cup cooking oil
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • a pinch of salt
    • a pinch of pepper

    For Sauce

    • 1 cup pineapple chunks (cubed)
    • 1 onion (cubed)
    • 1 red bell pepper (cubed)
    • 1 green bell pepper (cubed)
    • 1 cup tomato ketchup
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    • 2 tablespoon water
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon white sugar
    • 4 teaspoon all purpose flour
    • salt to taste

    Method

    1. Cut fish into 1 inch cubes.
    2. Place fish, 2 tablespoon flour, soy sauce in a mixing bowl.
    3. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
    4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.Deep fry fish pieces for 3-4 minutes on each or until crispy and golden brown.
    5. Remove from th oil and drain on an absorbent paper. Set aside and keep warm.

    To Make the Sauce

    1. Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.Saute onion, pineapple, red and green pepper for 1 minute.
    2. Stir in the pineapple juice, sugar, tomato ketchup and salt. Dissolve 4 teaspoons of flour in 2 tablespoon water and make a thick paste.
    3. Pour this mixture into the skillet. keep stirring.
    4. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    5. Arrange fried fish pieces in a large dish. Pour sweet and sour sauce over the fish. Delicious sweet and Sour Fish is ready to serve.
    Recipe Note’s:
    We have determined the nutritional value of oil for frying based on a retention value of 10% after cooking. The exact amount may vary depending on cook time and temperature, ingredient density, and the specific type of oil used.

    Spread this mixture over the chicken. Make sure to coat evenly.

    Cover and marinate for 2 hours to blend flavors.

    Preheat a charcoal grill over medium heat.

    Lightly grease the grill grate with oil or butter.

    Place chicken pieces on the grill grate and grill on each side for 10 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.

    Bhindi Pyaz Recipe

    • 500 gm lady finger
    • 4 tbsp oil
    • 3 onions (thinly sliced)
    • 1 tbsp grated ginger
    • 1 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 pinch asafetida
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
    • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
    • salt to taste
    1. Slit lady finger half lengthwise. If too long cut into 3-inch long pieces.
    2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan.
    3. Add ladyfinger, stir fry till it is crisp.
    4. If overdone it will turn blackish, is underdone it will be sticky.
    5. Remove from pan, keep aside till required.
    6. Heat remaining oil in same pan, stir fry onions till golden brown.
    7. Keep aside in pan till required.
    8. Just before serving, heat onions in pan. Add all other seasoning, stir fry for a few seconds.
    9. Add lady finger,red chili powder, salt, stir and transfer into serving dish.
    10. Garnish with chopped coriander. Delicious Bhindi Pyaz is ready to serve.
    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve hot and crisp with roti or parathas.
