    • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
    • 2 tsp butter

    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, oregano and pepper.

    Spoon vegetable mixture onto the prepared crust to within 1/2 inch of edges.

    Top with tomato and Italian cheese.

    Ingredients of Bangla Meatballs:

    To make meat balls:

    • 500 gm ground Beef
    • 1 cup Onion, chopped
    • 2 tbsp Green Chillies , chopped
    • Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
    • Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
    • Cumin Powder 2 tsp
    • All Spice Powder 1 tsp
    • Coriander Powder 1/2 tbsp
    • Egg 2
    • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Bead Crumb 100 gm
    • Flour 50 gm

    To make sauce

    • Salt to taste
    • Pineapple Juice 3/4 cup
    • Dark Sesame Oil 1 tsp
    • White Vinegar 2 tsp
    • Fresh Ginger 1 tsp
    • Chilli-Garlic Sauce 1 1/2 tsp

    How to make Bangla Meatballs:

    • Mix all the ingredients with ground beef, then make them like balls.
    • After bake all the meat balls in a fry pan until browned and cooked.
    • Bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil over medium heat once the meatballs are cooked.
    • Place them in a serving dish and pour the sauce over.
    • Bangla Meatballs are ready to serve.

    1. When a steamer is unavailable, a wok filled less than half with water is a replacement by placing a metal frame made of stainless steel in the middle of the wok.
    2. Place beef pieces on that frame and tightly covered with lid.
    3. The longer you marinate the tastier will be the steam mutton.

    Roasted Herb Chicken Recipe

    • 1 4 pound whole chicken
    • 2 lemons (juiced)
    • 1 cup butter (softened)
    • 1 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • 1 tsp dried rosemary
    • 1 tsp seasoning salt

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
    2. Rinse chicken thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
    3. In a small bowl, mix together the margarine,garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, parsley,rosemary and lemon juice.
    4. Rub this mixture outside and inside of the chicken thoroughly.
    5. Place chicken into a baking dish.
    6. Bake, in the preheated oven, for 2 hours or until chicken is lightly browned and all the juices run clear.
    7. Remove from oven. Roasted Herb Chicken is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables.

    • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    Method

    1. Place beef strips in a large bowl. Add all ingredients except oil, peanuts and green chilies. Mix well.
    2. Marinate the beef for 8 hours or overnight.
    3. After 8 hours, heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    4. Add marinated beef and Fry for 20-25 minutes or crispy and golden brown.
    5. Add green chilies and cook for 1 minute.
    6. Reduce heat to medium low and fry for 20 minutes or until beef becomes tender.
    7. Sprinkle peanuts over the top.Spring Fried Beef is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with steam Rice.

    Chicken Roast Burger Recipe

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoon vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon plain flour
    • 1 tablespoon mustard paste
    • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • salt to taste
    • For Chicken Roast Burger
    • chicken roast
    • 1 to mato (sliced)
    • 4 burger buns
    • 4 lettuce leaves
    • 4 slices mozarrella cheese
    • For Serving
    • coleslaw salad
    • french fries
    • chilli garlic sauce
    1. Place chicken in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, plain flour, mustard paste, ginger garlic, red chili, black pepper and salt.
    2. Mix to coat evenly.
    3. Marinate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    4. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    5. Place chicken pieces in a greased baking dish or tray.
    6. Bake, in the preheated oven, for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
    7. Remove from the oven and cut the chicken meat in chunks or strips.
    8. Set aside and keep warm.
    9. Cut the buns in half and toast.
    10. Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom half of the each bun.
    11. Put roasted chicken pieces and Mozzarella cheese.
    12. Cover with the top of the bun. Press down. Delicious Chicken Roast Burger is ready to serve. ENJOY!

    Recipe Note’s:
    You can Replace the chicken with a piece of freshly cooked beef fillet for a satisfying steak cambo.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with French Fries and Coleslaw and Chili Garlic Sauce.

    • 2 tablespoon red chili paste
    • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon cornflour ( dissolved in little water)
    • 1 teaspoon red chili sauce
    • Salt to taste

    Wash fish and pat dry.

    Cut into cubes and place in a large bowl.

    Add eggs, soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, cayene pepper and salt to taste. Mix until well combined.

    Leave it for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

    Now heat oil in a deep pan oevr medium heat. Fry fish pieces, a few at a time, for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

    Step 6

    Remove from the oil and absorbant on kitchen paper.

    Step 7

    Keep warm and repeat this procedure with remaining fish.

    Step 8

    Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or pan. Saute garlic for 30 seconds.

    Step 9

    Then add red bell pepper, green bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.

    Step 10

    Stir in the tomato ketchup, red chili paste, soy sauce and red chili sauce.

    Step 11

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Step 12

    Add fish stock. Bring to a boil.

    Step 13

    Cook for 4 minutes then stir in the cornflour paste.

    Step 14

    Add fried fish pieces. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

    Step 15

    Top with green onion. Deliciuos Chili Gralic Fish is ready to serve.
