- 1 prebaked mini pizza crust
- 1/3 cup seeded tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- a pinch of pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
Place pizza crusts on a pizza stone.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Saute the zucchini, peppers, onion, carrot and garlic for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, oregano and pepper.
Toss to coat.
Spoon vegetable mixture onto the prepared crust to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Top with tomato and Italian cheese.
Bake, in the preheated oven, for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven. Cut into wedges. Garden Pizza is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
