    • 1 cup plain yogurt
    • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
    • melted butter, for brushing
    • lemon wedges, for serving

    Step 1

    Rinse chicken and cut it into bite size pieces.

    Step 2

    Prick the chicken with a fork.

    Step 3

    Place chicken in a large bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and set aisde for 30 minutes.

    In a small bowl, combine together the yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, cayenne, salt and pepper.

    Step 5

    Pour this mixture over the chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

    Thread chicken cubes onto the metal skewers.

    Step 7

    Heat a charcol grill with a nice flame.

    Step 8

    Put chicken skewers on the grill grate. Cook chicken approximately 5 minutes on each side for until nicley done; turning and basting occasionally.

    Brush with butter.

    Roasted Herb Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 4 pound whole chicken
    • 2 lemons juiced
    • 1 cup butter softened
    • 1 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • 1 tsp dried rosemary
    • 1 tsp seasoning salt

    Instructions

    Method

    • Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
    • Rinse chicken thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the margarine,garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, parsley,rosemary and lemon juice.
    • Rub this mixture outside and inside of the chicken thoroughly.
    • Place chicken into a baking dish.
    • Bake, in the preheated oven, for 2 hours or until chicken is lightly browned and all the juices run clear.
    • Remove from oven. Roasted Herb Chicken is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables.

    • 2 burger buns
    • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 2 slices cheese
    • 2 leaves lettuce

    Step 1

    In a shallow dish, combine together the plain flour, cornflour, rice flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Step 2

    Keep aside.

    Step 3

    Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder and white pepper on both sides of chicken breasts.

    Step 4

    In a small bowl, beat egg with salt, black and white pepper.

    Step 5

    Dip each chicken breast in egg then coat with flour mixture.

    Again apply egg and flour(you have to do a double coating).

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Deep fry the chicken for 5 minutes then cover with a lid while frying. Fry until crispy and golden brown.

    Cut bun into halves.

    Spread mayonnaise on each side of bun.

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoon vinegar
    • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon plain flour
    • 1 tablespoon mustard paste
    • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • salt to taste
    • For Chicken Roast Burger
    • chicken roast
    • 1 to mato sliced
    • 4 burger buns
    • 4 lettuce leaves
    • 4 slices mozarrella cheese
    • For Serving
    • coleslaw salad
    • french fries
    • chilli garlic sauce

    Instructions

    • Place chicken in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, plain flour, mustard paste, ginger garlic, red chili, black pepper and salt.
    • Mix to coat evenly.
    • Marinate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    • Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    • Place chicken pieces in a greased baking dish or tray.
    • Bake, in the preheated oven, for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
    • Remove from the oven and cut the chicken meat in chunks or strips.
    • Set aside and keep warm.
    • Cut the buns in half and toast.
    • Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom half of the each bun.
    • Put roasted chicken pieces and Mozzarella cheese.
    • Cover with the top of the bun. Press down. Delicious Chicken Roast Burger is ready to serve. ENJOY!

    You can Replace the chicken with a piece of freshly cooked beef fillet for a satisfying steak cambo.

    Roll dough and put on the prepared pan.

    Prick the dough with fork and set aside

    To Make Pizza Sauce:

    In a large saucepan, Cook all together the pizza sauce ingredients until sauce is thickened.

    Spread sauce on the pizza base.

    To Make Chicken Filling:
    In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken strips with salt, white pepper, green chili garlic sauce, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Cook chicken for 15-20 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.

    Step 14

    Give dum of a coal and stir with cream and keep aside.

    To Assemble Pizza:

    Put chicken filling on pizza base.

    Top with onion, green pepper and mushrooms.

    Step 17

    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese and oregano.

    Bake, in the preheated oven, for 30 minutes or until crust turn golden and cheese is bubbly.

    • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 1 tsp tandoori masala powder

    Clean chicken and pat dry.

    Step 2

    Then cut into bite-size pieces and set aside.

    In a small bowl, Combine together yogurt, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander, tandoori masala and green chillies.

    Pour this marinade over the chicken cubes, turn to coat evenly.

    Cover and marinate for 1 hour to blend flavors.

    By using a sharp knife, cut each naan into the middle and make a small pocket of it.Set aside.

    Preheat oven at 180 degree C.

    Place chicken on a baking tray. Bake, in the preheated oven, for 20 minutes or until chicken is done and all juices run clear.

    Remove from the oven and brush with oil

    Fill each naan pocket with cooked chicken, onion rings, tomato and shredded cabbage.

    Tandoori Roast Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole chicken
    • 4 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 tbsp yogurt
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp ginger paste
    • 1 pinch of orange food color or
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • salt to taste

    Instructions

    Method

    • Mix together all the ingredients and coat the chicken with it. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
    • Bake in an oven, at 180 degree C for 45 minutes or until done. Tandoori Roast Chicken is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Raita, salad and naan.

    For Zinger Chicken

    • 2 boneless chicken breast, cut into halves and flattened
    • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon mustard paste
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt to taste
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup plain flour
    • 1/2 cup cornflour
    • 1/4 cup rice flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • oil for deep frying

    For Club Sandwich:

    • 12 bread slices
    • 1 cup coleslaw salad
    • 4 lettuce leaves
    • 4 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
    • 4 cheese slices

    For Serving

    • French fries
    • coleslaw salad

    To make Zinger Chicken

    Step 1

    First flatten chicken breast halves with a kitchen hammer.

    Step 2

    Place chicken breasts in a large bowl. Add mustard paste, vinegar, soy sauce, salt , red pepper and garlic powder. Mix until well coated.

    Step 3

    Cover and marinate for 3o minutes.

    Step 4

    In a shallow bowl, combine together the flours, white pepper, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

    Step 5

    Beat eggs in another bowl and keep aside.

    Step 6

    First coat the marinated chicken with flour mixture.

    Step 7

    Then dip in egg and again repeat this mixture to make thick coating.

    Step 8

    Now heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Step 9

    Deep fry chicken for 5-7 minutes then put the lid on and cook another 8 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

    Step 10

    Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

    Step 11

    Keep warm.

    To Make Zinger Club Sandwich

    Step 1

    Toast bread slices.

    Step 2

    Put four zinger chicken pieces on 4 bread slices.

    Step 3

    Put cheese slices over them.

    Step 4

    Cover with another 4 bread slices.

    Step 5

    Now layer chili garlic sauce and coleslaw salad over them

    Step 6

    Put lettuce leaves over them. Cover with remaining four bread slices.

    Step 7

    Cut zinger club sandwich into triangles.

    Step 8

    Secure with wooden picks. Zinger Club Sandwich is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm boneless chicken
    • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
    • 2 tablespoon oil or butter
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespsoon cornflour
    • 1 green bell pepper cut into cubes
    • 6 green chilies thinly sliced
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper crushed
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Instructions

    Method

    • Rinse and drain chicken prperly.
    • Cut into 1 inch pieces.
    • Place chicken in a bowl, add cornflour, black pepper and salt.
    • Turn to coat evenly.
    • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger.
    • Cook for 1 minutes then put chicken in it.
    • Keep stirring.
    • Cook for 8-10 minute or until turn golden brown.
    • Then add green bell pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
    • Now add soya sauce ,vinegar and honey.
    • Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
    • Turn off the heat.
    • Take it out into a serving dish.
    • Sprinkle green chilies over it.Rapid Fire Chili Chicken is ready to serve.

    Notes

    Serving Suggestions:
    Enjoy with boiled rice.

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Rinse the chicken inside and outside properly then pat dry.

    Step 2

    Makes4-5 deep incisions or cuts on whole chicken by using a sharp knife then keep aside.

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste of it.

    Rub this paste evenly over the chicken, cover and leave to marinate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight if possible.

    Step 5

    Take a deep pot and place a sieve upside in the base of the pot.

    Add one cup of water in it and put the chicken on the sieve.

    Put the lid on and steam on low heat for 30 minutes.

    Step 8

    Heat oil in a deep pan (karahi ) until too hot, then reduce the heat to medium .

    Step 9

    When oil is hot, fry steamed chicken for 12-15 minutes or until it turn golden brown on both side.

    Step 10

    Then remove from the oil and drain on absorbent paper.

    Step 11

    Sprinkle chat masala onto it.

    Step 12

    Garnish with lemon wedges and salad leaves. Lahori Chargha is ready to serve.
