Tandoori Roast Chicken Recipe
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 pinch of orange food color or
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- Mix together all the ingredients and coat the chicken with it. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Bake in an oven, at 180 degree C for 45 minutes or until done. Tandoori Roast Chicken is ready to serve.
Serve with Raita, salad and naan.
