- 12 large chicken legs
- 2 cups dry potato flakes
- 1 cup butter melted

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Place melted butter in a shallow bowl.
Place potato flakes in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken legs in butter then roll in potato flakes.
Place coated chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until turn to golden brown in color.
Remove from the oven. Tater Crisp Chicken is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
