- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 4 green chilies,finely chopped
- 1 inch piece of ginger, optional
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- water,if needed
- salt to taste

In a blender or food processor, blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
You may need to add a little water to help the blending process.
The consistency may be adjusted according to personal preference. You may add a little water for a slightly thinner consistency.
Refrigerate or use immediately. Mint Chutney is ready to serve.
- This chutney will last for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
- Serve with Tikka, curry, paratha or biryani.
