Place ginger snaps, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Press the crust with a spoon into a 10-in spring form the pie pan.

Place cream cheese, cornstarch and sugar in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Add sour cream to this mixture and beat in the eggs. Add apple butter and remaining 3/4 cup butter. Beat again until smooth.

In a large bowl, add biscuit mix. In a small bowl, combine together sour cream and lemon-lime soda. Stir into biscuit mix just until combined. Turn onto a floured surface; knead the dough for 4-5 times. Then roll to 1/2-inch. thickness and cut with a 2-1/2-inch. cookies cutter.

Place biscuits on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey and orange peel. Beat until fluffy.

Preheat oven to 350 degree F (170 degree C). Lightly grease an 11 x 21 cm loaf pan with melted butter. Line the base of loaf pan with non-stick baking paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar. Stir in lemon rind. Beat until pale and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Now add desiccated coconut into the egg mixture.
Fold into the flour.
Stir in lemon juice and milk until just combined.
Spoon mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Spread evenly.
Place loaf pan in the preheated oven.
Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Then turn onto a wire rack to cool completely.
To make Lemon Glaze, stir together the icing sugar, water and vanilla.

Ingredients
For the chicken
2 pounds boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-1/2 cubes
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp aamchoor
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
salt to taste
For the sauce:
2 medium onions, pureed
1 cup yoghurt
4 tbsp fresh cream
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp mace powder
Pinch of elaichi powder
adjust salt according to taste
Directions:
Step 1
Heat oil in a deep skillet or clay pot over medium high heat.
Step 2
Add chicken and cook for 5-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Step 3
Stir in vinegar As the water dries up, add ginger garlic paste. Cook and stir for 2 minutes then all the spices.
Step 4
Toss gently. Add little water. Cook 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in another deep pan.Add onion puree. Keep heat on medium low and let it dry out and brown up a bit.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and all spices. Pour yogurt mixture into the pan. Cook and stir for 8-10 minutes or until oil comes out on the top.
Step 7
Now add 1 cup water and let it cook until it turn smooth and creamy. When water dries up, stir curry in the prepared chicken.
Step 8
Toss to coat evenly then stir in the fresh cream.
Step 9
Cover and simmer for 2 minutes then turn the heat off. Transfer into a serving dish. Top with butter. Butter Chicken is ready to serve.ENJOY!!

Don’t use too much oil for the frying, because the added butter will increase the fat content.. which will spoil the taste.
