- 5 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups apple Butter
- 1-1/2 cups crushed gingersnaps
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Place ginger snaps, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Press the crust with a spoon into a 10-in spring form the pie pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let it cool completely.
Place cream cheese, cornstarch and sugar in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Add sour cream to this mixture and beat in the eggs. Add apple butter and remaining 3/4 cup butter. Beat again until smooth.
