- 1 pound beef round steak, sliced paper thin
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 2 leeks, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine together garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil,red onion and brown sugar. Add red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, leeks and carrot. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place meat into the bowl. Mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Coat a large skillet with cooking oil.
Step 3
Heat over medium-high heat. Place marinated meat into the skillet. Keep stirring. Cook for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and transfer into a serving dish.Asian Fire Meat is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
