Crispy Deep Fried Chicken
6 chicken pieces
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp Chinese salt
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 cup cornflour
oil for frying
Wash chicken pieces remove all excess fat.
Pat dry.
Place chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add cumin, red chili flakes, salt, vinegar, garlic paste and Chinese salt.
Cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, beat egg.
Dip each chicken piece in egg then coat with cornflour.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Deep fry chicken for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Crispy Deep Fried Chicken is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
Serving Suggestions: Serve with Your favorite dipping sauce.

Chinese Fruit Salad Recipe
1 cup pineapple chunks (chopped)
1 cucumber (chopped)
1 apple (chopped)
1 to mato (chopped)
1 orange
6 strawberries
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Chop all fruits then put into a bowl.
Then add coriander leaves, vinegar, oil, lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well.

This is my own take on one of my top three favorite dishes of all time. Quick and utterly delicious Chicken Tikka with fragrant rice.

Mix the curry paste, yogurt, chicken and salt together, cover and leave overnight in the fridge to absorb all the delicious flavors.
Step 2
Preheat a conventional oven to 220ºC or a fan-assisted one to 200ºC.
Step 3
Wipe the marinade off the chicken and place, piece by piece, onto a baking tray.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly charred, but not cooked through.
Step 5
You are just trying to get some colour here because the chicken will finish cooking in the curry sauce.
Step 6
Set the tikka chicken aside while you make the sauce.
Step 7
Heat the curry paste in a saucepan.
Step 8
Add the onion and sweat slowly over a low heat for five to eight minutes or until the onion is translucent and soft.
Step 9
It is important to take the time to do this slowly because the onion will then release its natural sugars, producing a sweeter dish, but be careful not to do this over too high a heat because the curry paste will burn.
Step 10
Add the pasta and coconut milk and bring to the boil.
Step 11
Turn down the heat and add the tikka chicken.
Step 12
Cook over a low heat for five minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 13
Finish by stirring through the yogurt and coriander.
Step 14
To make the Fragrant Rice:
Add the rice, a pinch of salt and the aromatics to a pan and cover with enough water to come 1cm over the top of the rice.
Step 15
Bring to the boil and simmer for eight minutes, covered.
Step 16
The rice should have absorbed almost all of the water, but still be a bit wet.
Step 17
Remove from the heat and leave to absorb the remaining water for 10 minutes, covered.
Step 18
Remove the cinnamon stick before serving with the curry. Chicken Tikka Masala Rice is ready to serve. Enjoy!

Chatkhara Murgh Musallam
Murgh Musallam is a specialty of Pakistani cuisine. You can try this Chatkhara Murgh Musallam Recipe without any hesitation to get perfect result.
1 whole chicken
1 ground onion
250 gm yogurt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
10 green chilies
2 tsp carom seeds (roasted & crushed)
2 tsp cumin seeds (roasted & crushed)
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground mace
salt according to taste
In a small bowl, combine together carom seeds, cumin seeds, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, nutmeg, mace, chili powder and lemon juice.
Apply this paste over the whole chicken.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in deep pan.
Add copped green chilies and fry for 1 minute.
Now add marinated chicken and fry well from both sides for 10 minutes or until its change colour.
Add yogurt and ground onion.
Stir well.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender
Cook on high flame for 5 minutes or until all water dries up.
Transfer into a serving dish.
Chatkhara Murgh Musallam is ready to serve. ENJOY 🙂

Hyderabadi Murgh Haleem
Try out this classic Hyderabad Murgh Haleem recipe.Very lips smacking recipe must try on Eid.
1 kg chicken boneless (cut into cubes)
1 kg cracked wheat (soaked in water for 2-3 hour then drained)
1 cup vegetable oil or ghee
1 cup plain yogurt
2 onions (finely chopped)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp green chili paste
2 tsp green coriander paste
2 tbsp Lemon juice
3 black cardamoms-seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp chat masala
For Garnishing
4-5 green chilies (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup mint leaves
1- inch piece of ginger (thinly sliced)
3-4 lemon wedges
Directions
In a bowl,add yogurt, lemon juice, green chili and coriander paste, cardamom and cinnamon powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste &salt. Mix well and make a smooth paste.
Marinate the chicken in this mixture and leave 3-4 hours.
Add enough water to the wheat and cook till tender.
When cool enough to handle, blend to a paste in a blender.
Heat the oil and add the meat chicken mixture.
Turn around over high heat, till opaque.
Add 1 cup water in it,cook and covered over low heat till tender.
Add the wheat paste and continue to cook another 20 minutes.
Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle chat masala over the top.
Garnish with mint leaves,green chilies and ginger slices. Hyderabadi Murgh Haleem is ready to serve. ENJOY!
