Chicken Jalfrezi Kebabs
If you like chicken Jalfrezi & kebabs, you will love this one. It’s not your ordinary Tandoori Style Chicken Tikka, this is actually fried version of chicken kebabs. Marinated Chicken cooked in butter then mixed with veggies. Perfectly balanced meal.
Goes great in pita with grilled potatoes.

- 1 kg Boneless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1/4 cup oil or butter
- 1 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, cubed
- 1 large onion, cubed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin poder
- salt according to taste

Place chicken in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, red pepper, corriander and cumin powder. Mix well.
Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Saute chicken for 10 minutes or until all juices run clear and meat is no longre pink.
Add cubed onion, green pepper and red pepper. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until vegetables firm and crisp.
Remove from the heat and thread on skewers.
Transfer into a serving platter. Chicken Jalfrezi Kebabs are ready to serve.
- Serve with pita bread, grilled potatoes and dipping sauce.
