Samosas are a classic Pakistani street food but are also incredibly popular at home. The traditional ones are usually filled with lamb mince, but there are many vegetarian variations as well. This recipe is for a shredded chicken filling that is really light but flavorful at the same time.

Crispy, crunchy, delicious and irresistible chicken samosa’s. These little savory packages are great to have for entertaining. It’s also possible to prepare it ahead of time and keep frozen until when you need it. Just thaw it out at room temperature then deep-fry.

Mix salt oil into the flour until it is crumbly, add enough cold water for a chapatti-like dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into about 20-25 balls, Roll out with into 3 inch circles.
Step 3
Spread oil and flour mixture over one roti, place the second one one top, pressing together gently, repeat until you have pile of seven rotis.
Step 4
Roll out the whole pile until it is 7-8 inch in diameter, use extra flour during rolling if necessary.
Step 5
Place on a medium hot tawa, cook lightly on 1 side then turn the roti over and cook lightly on the other side for approximately 20 seconds To Make Chicken Filling:
Step 1
Dry cook the minced chicken with garlic, ginger, chillies and salt, until all the water evaporates, break the lumps if they form.
Step 2
Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard mix, and remove from heat when cooked, let it cool
Step 3
Add garam masala, onions and coriander. Mix well.
To Make Chicken Samosa:
Step 1
Fold one end over in a diagonal to create a triangle stick down using the flour and water paste, then fold again, the other way, sticking it down with the paste.
Step 2
Fill the triangle with the filling ; fold the flap, glue down using the flour paste.
Step 3
Repeat for until all the filling is used up. Deep fry 3-4 at a time until golden.
Step 4
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel. Chicken samosa is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Fish Pakora is a truly mouth watering snack. When it comes to snacks then Pakora is definitely one of the most preferred choices of food lovers. Here is given an easy fish pakora recipe to make your favorite fish pakoras. Try out the following fish pakora recipe and enjoy the evening.
Remove stems, wash and finely chop the green chiles.
Step 3
Wash, separate cilantro leaves and finely chop them.
Step 4
Boil the potato in enough water till it turns soft.
Step 5
Cool the potato to room temperature and peel the potato.
Step 6
Roughly chop the boiled potato.
Step 7
In a sauce pot, add half a cup of water and chopped carrot.
Step 8
Boil till the carrot turns soft, add the frozen or fresh green peas and remove from heat.
Step 9
Strain the carrots and peas if necessary and cool them to room temperature.
Step 10
Heat quarter tsp of oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and green chilies.
Step 11
When raw smell of the ginger garlic paste is gone after a few seconds, remove from heat, cool the mixture a bit and add garam masala to the pot.
Step 12
In a mixing bowl, add boiled potato, carrot, peas, above spice mixture, cilantro and salt.
Step 13
Mash the mixture with help of a masher into paste.
Step 14
Leave some of the peas and carrots pieces intact.
Step 15
Divide the mixture into around 5 equal portions.
Step 16
Take a wide bowl full of water.
Step 17
Chop the edges off of the bread slices.
Step 18
Damp a muslin cloth and cover one bread slice at a time with the cloth.
Step 19
Dip the covered bread slice in the water for a second and remove.
Step 20
Squeeze the bread slice wrapped in muslin clothe between the palms to remove excess water.
Step 21
Take each portion of the mixed vegetable stuffing and place it on the damp bread slice.
Step 22
Roll one side of the damp bread slice over the stuffing till it touches the opposite side and pinch with wet fingers to seal the edges.
Step 23
Repeat the same with remaining bread slices and the stuffing.
Step 24
Roll each stuffed bread roll in bread crumbs and keep aside.
Step 25
Heat oil in a small pan on medium heat, slowly place the stuffed bread rolls into hot oil.
Step 26
Fry the bread rolls on both sides till they turn dark golden brown in color.
Step 27
Remove the bread rolls onto absorbent paper. Mixed Vegetable Bread rolls are ready to serve.

500 gm boneless fish
1 onion, finely chopped
8 green chilies
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin seeds, roasted & crushed
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
3 tbsp Ghee or oil
Directions:
Place boneless fish, green chilies, onion, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste in a chopper.
Process until well blended.
Put into a large bowl, add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves.
Mix well.
Make kebabs of it and put on skewers.
Preheat grill on medium high heat.
Lightly greased the grill with oil.
Place skewers on preheated grill and grill for 10-12 minutes or until done.
Turning occasionally.
When cooked remove from the skewers, sprinkle lemon juice over it.

French Fries Recipe
There are a rare people who do not like french fries. In this recipe, I gives French Fries a spicy flavor by adding some seasoning. No more soggy fries at home!
6 large potatoes
1/2 cup cornflour
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon herb seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
chaat masala powder (for sprinkling)
Oil for deep Frying
Method
Wash potatoes then peel.Cut potatoes in shape of fries and soak them in salted cold water for 30 minutes.
Remove from the water and drain. Lay the potato sticks on two baking sheets lined with paper towel. Blot with paper towels to dry them properly.
In a shallow dish, combine together cornflour, herb seasoning, garlic powder,red pepper and salt.
Place dry potato sticks in it and coat them evenly.
Heat a few inches of oil in a heavy bottom pan over medium heat.
In 3 or 4 batches, fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Remove the potatoes from the oil and drain on paper towel. French Fries are ready to ENJOY!!
Serving Suggestions: Serve with Chilli Garlic Sauce or Tomato Ketchup.

Potato Cheese Seekh kabab
500 boiled potatoes
200 gm cheese (grated)
1 egg white
2 tbsp rice flour
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1/2 bunch mint leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp seekh kabab Masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed)
2 bread slices
salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method
Peel boiled potatoes and mash them with a fork.
Add rice flour, mint leaves, red chili, bread slices, black pepper, green chilies, seekh kabab Masala and salt.
Add egg white and cheese mix well.
Make seekh kababs out of this mixture.
Cook on a hot greased grill for 4-5 minutes or until well done. Delicious Potato Cheese Seekh kabab is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions: Serve hot with paratha and mint chutney .

Chicken Russian Kebabs Recipe
4 boneless chicken breasts
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
1 boiled carrot (finelt chopped)
2 cups boiled potatoes
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/4 cup spring onion (finely chopped)
4 tbsp plain flour
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp fresh corinader leaves (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (thinly sliced)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp all spice powder
1 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Cook chicken for 20-25 minutes or until tender then shredded properly.
Set aside.
Mash boiled potatoes.
Place all ingredients except oil in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Wet the palms and shape the mixture into oval shapes.
Beat egg with salt and pepper.
Dip kebabs in egg.
Deep fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
Russian Kebabs are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

Curly Fries Recipe
500 gm potatoes
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Method
Wash potatoes then peel.
Cut each potato into two pieces.
Now cut into thin slices with a curly cutter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle rice flour over it.

Chicken pakoras are common but chicken keema pokaras are rare and delicious so need to try it.I have used chicken keema in this Keema pakora recipe. You may use mutton keema or minced beef also. Do give it an attempt as its easy. In this recipe key ingredient of pakora is chicken mince. Serve these easy to make Keema pakora with imli sauce or ketchup at tea time. Keema Pakora Recipe
250 gm chicken mince (Keema)
1 egg (beaten)
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 green chilies (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup gram flour
1/4 cup rice flour
3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp hot spice
1/4 tsp baking soda
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method
Put chicken mince in a large bowl.
Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, egg, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili, gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, hot spice and salt. Mix well.
Add a little water to make a thick batter.
Heat sufficient oil in a deep wok.
Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers.
Deep fry on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper. Keema Pakora is ready to eat. ENJOY!!

In a food processor or a chopper, add onion, capsicum, red chilies, coriander, green chilies and garlic.
Process until well combined.
Spread this batter on chicken strips.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Mix well.
Marinate for 30 minutes then add beaten eggs, flour, corn flour, semolina and 4 tbsp oil in it.
Toss well to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry chicken strips for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Spicy Chicken Finger is ready to serve.

Semolina Dry Halwa Recipe
250 gm sugar
150 gm clarified butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tablespoon raisins
2 tablespoon dried desiccated coconut
50 gm almonds (thinly sliced)
50 gm pistachios (thinly sliced)
Method
Take a saucepan, combine sugar and water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved and the syrup thickens to a two thread consistency.
Meanwhile, heat 50 gm clarified butter in a deep wok.
Add semolina and stir fry for few minutes on low heat until it becomes fragrant.
Add desiccated coconut, raisins, nuts and cardamom powder; cook for a few minutes.
Add the hot thick sugar syrup and remaining melted ghee all at once, stirring continuously.
Cook for a couple of minutes till it is almost dry and halwa rolls into a ball.
Quickly spread out in a greased dish.
Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
Using a sharp knife, mark lines to make squares or diamonds and keep aside to set.
When it cools, cut through the scored lines.
Transfer to serving plate or store in air-tight container. Semolina Dry Halwa ready to enjoy!! 🙂
