    • 2 cup plain flour
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 4 tbsp butter
    • 4 tbsp milk

    • 250 gm lamb mince
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 1 potato, grated
    • 1/2 cup peas
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric
    • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
    • Salt to taste

    For Frying:

    • Oil for deep frying

    Step 1

    To Make Filling: Heat oil in a frying pan. Saute garlic and lamb until browned.

    Step 2

    Stir in potato, peas, turmeric, and cook, stirring to prevent the mixture from sticking for about 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    Season and leave to cool.

    Step 4

    To Make Pastry:Sift flour and salt into a bowl, rub in butter until mixture resembles bread crumbs.

    Step 5

    Mix in milk to make tacky dough.

    Step 6

    Flour hands, break off pieces of dough, size of a walnut.

    Step 7

    Roll out on well-floured board to make thin circle.
    In center of each circle, place a good teaspoon of filling.

    Step 8

    Dampen edges, fold over to make triangular patty.

    Step 9

    Deep fry a few at a time until golden brown.

    Step 10

    Then remove from the oil and drained on paper towel. Easy Meat Samosa is ready to serve. Enjoy!

    • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
    • 2 tbsp tamarind sauce

    Step 1

    Boil potatoes until tender.

    Step 2

    Peel and mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

    Step 3

    Add spices (salt, red chili powder, coriander powder) and chopped green chilies. Mix well.

    Step 4

    Now take besan in a bowl.

    Step 5

    Add salt, red chili powder, mango powder, garam masala.

    Step 6

    Add 1 tbsp of water and mix well to make a smooth paste.

    Step 7

    Spread the potato mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another bread slice.

    Step 8

    Now cut the bread slices into two pieces.

    Step 9

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Step 10

    Dip the prepared slices in besan mixture and put them in a oil to deep fry.

    Step 11

    Fry till they become golden brown in color. Repeat the same with the other slices and prepare tasty bread pakoras.

    Step 12

    Cut prepared pakoras in three pieces and place them on a serving plate.

    Sprinkle finely chopped onion on prepared bread pakoras.

    Now sprinkle tamarind sauce,salt, roasted cumin powder on it.

    Chicken Chilli Nuggets Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 kg boneless chicken
    • 2 bread slices
    • 2 eggs lightly beaten
    • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 2 teaspoon chicken powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1 teaspoon green chili paste optional
    • salt according to taste
    • 2 cups bread crumbs for coating
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    Method

    • Soak bread slices in water or milk for few minutes. Then squeezed properly and keep aside.
    • Place chicken in a chopper or a food processor.Add bread slices, garlic powder, chicken powder, hot sauce, black pepper, red pepper, salt and parsley.
    • Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes or until mince is firm.
    • Shape mixture into nuggets, dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    • Fry Chicken Chilli nuggets for 4-5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
    • Remove from the oven and drain on paper towel. Delicious Chicken Chilli Nuggets are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Notes

    Recipe Note’s:
    To Freeze Chicken chilli Nuggets: After coating in bread crumbs, arrange them individually on a tray and place in the refrigerator. Once freeze keep them in freezer bag or in air tight container. When needed fry from frozen. You can freeze these Chicken Nuggets for 1 month.
    To Make Different Shapes of Nuggets: You can also shape mixture into fun shapes nuggets such as squares or squiggles etc.
    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Chilli Sauce or any dipping sauce.

    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds crushed
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
    • Salt To taste

    Instructions

    Method

    • In a large bowl, combine boiled potatoes, mashed peas, green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper,and salt.
    • Shape mixture into cutlets.
    • Break an egg and beat well.
    • Dip the cutlets in the egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
    • Deep fry in pre-heated oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
    • Garnish with Salad leaves. Potato Peas Cutlets are ready to serve.

    Wash falsay then boil in 3 cups of water. Cook for 20-30 minutes.

    Now strain through a medium fine sieve.

    Take a saucepan, add sugar and pulp in it. Cook for 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves.

    Step 5

    Leave it to cool completely.

    Step 6

    Add lemon juice and black salt. Stir well.

    Step 7

    Now pour in a freezer container.

    Step 8

    Cover and refrigerate.

    Step 9

    Take one glass cold water add frozen falsa pulp in it.

    Stir well and add ice cubes. Falsay Ka Sharbat is ready to serve.Enjoy!

    Place all dough ingredients in a large bowl.

    Knead with warm water and make a soft dough.

    Leave the dough for 30 minutes or until rises and get double of its size.

    In a medium bowl, mashed dates. Add cardamom powder and butter. Mix well.

    Step 5

    In a small bowl, whisk egg with vanilla essence.

    Step 6

    Take a small ball out of the dough.

    Step 7

    Roll the dough and roll out with rolling pin like flatbread.

    Step 8

    Place date mixture over it and shape into the roll.

    Step 9

    Cut the roll in pieces of desired length.

    Step 10

    Repeat the same method and make rolls.

    Step 11

    Preheat oven at 325 degree F.

    Step 12

    Place rolls on the greased baking dish.

    Step 13

    Brush with egg on the top of the rolls.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds and almonds over it.

    Place baking dish in preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from the oven. Date Rolls are ready to serve.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm boneless fish fillets
    • 1-1/2 lemon
    • 2 tsp garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • salt to taste

    For Batter:

    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup refined flour
    • 1 pinch of black pepper
    • 1 pinch of salt

    For Tartar Sauce:

    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 3 olives, thinly sliced
    • black pepper to taste
    • salt to taste

     

    Directions:

    To make Tartar Sauce:

    1. In a bowl, combine together all tartar sauce ingredients.
    2. Then place in a refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

    To Make Fish:

    1. Rinse fish then cut into pieces.
    2. Rub garlic paste over them.
    3. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Also add lemon juice
    5. Toss well and set aside.

    To make Batter:

    1. In a bowl, add eggs, refined flour, salt and pepper.
    2. Mix well and make a thick paste.

    To proceed:

    1. Heat oil in a deep wok.
    2. Dip fish fillets in prepared batter then deep fry for 10-15 minutes or , until golden brown.
    3. Drain on an absorbent paper.
    4. Now place fried fish in the serving dish.
    5. Fish with Tartar Sauce is ready to serve.

    Step 1

    To the well-beaten egg yolks, add cream and grated Parmesan
    cheese, and season with mace, cayenne and salt.

    Step 2

    Beat until very light and add the thick white sauce.

    Step 3

    Pour into a shallow greased pan and steam over hot water
    until firm.

    Step 4

    When cold, cut in shapes with a fancy cutter.

    Step 5

    Dredge with grated cheese and fry in deep fat to a delicate brown.

    Step 6

    Remove from the oil and drained on paper towel. Cheese Cutlets is ready to serve.

    Quick Baby Pizzas

    This is a really quick pizza, takes literally 30 minutes from entering the kitchen to putting in oven. Do try it!!

    Quick Baby Pizzas Recipe

    Ingredients

    For Dough

    • 375 gm plain flour
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp yeast
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • Warm water as required

    For Filling

    • 300 gm boneless chicken
    • 4 black olives thinly sliced
    • 4 mushrooms thinly sliced
    • 1 cup sliced onion
    • 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
    • 1 cup pizza sauce
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp red chili flakes
    • 1 tsp ginger paste
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp chaat masala
    • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
    • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated

    Instructions

    Method

      To Make Pizza Dough

      • Place flour, egg, yeast, sugar, oil and salt in a bowl.
      • Knead a soft dough by using warm water.
      • Keep aside.

      To make Filling

      • Cut chicken into small pieces.
      • Then place in a medium bowl.
      • Add red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and chaat masala.
      • Mix well.
      • Then cook in a pot for 15-20 minutes or all juice runs clear.
      • Remove from the heat.

      To Proceed

      • Now make small balls out of the dough.
      • Roll them with pin roll.
      • Spread pizza sauce each of them.
      • Put chicken, mushrooms, olives, capsicum, onions, and oregano,
      • Season with salt and pepper.
      • Sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese over it.
      • Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
      • Bake prepared pizzas for 15 minutes or until well done.
      • Quick Baby Pizzas are ready to serve.

      Notes

      Serving Suggestions:
      Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

      Ingredients

      • 250 gm chicken
      • 1 packet ramen noodles
      • 1/2 cabbage finely julienne cut
      • 5 to 6 carrots grated
      • 4 spring onion sliced
      • black pepper to taste
      • salt to taste
      • 3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce
      • spring roll wrapper one pack
      • 3 to 4 tbsp oil

      Instructions

      Method

      • Boil the chicken pieces and shred them.
      • Then heat some oil and put the cabbage in it and fry it till it become soft but don’t over cook it.
      • Then do the same thing with carrots.
      • Do not fry the chicken, ramen noodles and spring onion. In the end mix all the ingredients together.
      • Make the rolls.
      • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Chicken Spring Rolls is ready to serve.

      • Soda water as required
      • Oil for Deep Frying

      Directions:

      1. Peel potatoes and cut them lengthwise.
      2. Soak in salted water for 20 minutes then drain.
      3. In a bowl, combine together plain flour, black pepper, salt, paprika, mustard paste, thyme and soda water.
      4. Make a smooth paste.
      5. Put this paste over the potatoes.
      6. Turn to coat evenly.
      7. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
      8. Deep fry coated potatoes in hot oil for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
      9. Seasoned Fries are ready to serve.
