    • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    • 1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 4 large eggs
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press crumb-mixture on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Set aside.

    Step 3

    In another large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in Condensed Milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan.

    Step 4

    Bake in the preheated oven for 65 minutes or until cake center is set. Leave it to cool at room temperature. Chill thoroughly.

    Step 5

    Ingredients:

    • 1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
    • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 3 milk chocolate candy bars, chopped
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
    • 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 cup flaked coconut
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 cup canola oil
    • Confectioners’ sugar

    Method:

    • Place cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and water in a large mixing bowl.
    • Beat on low speed for 30 seconds then increase the speed on medium and beat for 2 minutes.
    • Stir in coconut, candy bars, chocolate chips and pecans.
    • Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch. fluted tube pan.
    • Bake at 350 degree F, for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
