    • 1 onion, finely chopped

    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    • 1/2  teaspoon crushed red chili
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

    For Topping

    • tomato & cucumber slice
    • Low Fat mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup torn leuttece leaves
    • 1/2 cup chili garlic or tomato suace

    • 1 Cup Cabbage Coleslaw, for serving

    • 4 burger buns

    In a large bowl, combine the onion, lemon juice, parsley, ginger garlic paste, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red chili, salt and pepper.

    Crumble chicken over the mixture and mix well.

    Shape into four round patties.

    Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until all juices run clear.

    Meanwhile, Toast burger buns.

    Spread mayonnaise on the surface of burger buns.

    Ingredients

    • 1 4 pound whole chicken
    • 2 lemons juiced
    • 1 cup butter softened
    • 1 tbsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp dried thyme
    • 1 tsp dried parsley
    • 1 tsp dried rosemary
    • 1 tsp seasoning salt

    Instructions

    Method

    • Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
    • Rinse chicken thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the margarine,garlic powder, black pepper, thyme, parsley,rosemary and lemon juice.
    • Rub this mixture outside and inside of the chicken thoroughly.
    • Place chicken into a baking dish.
    • Bake, in the preheated oven, for 2 hours or until chicken is lightly browned and all the juices run clear.
    • Remove from oven. Roasted Herb Chicken is ready to serve.

    In a shallow dish, combine together the plain flour, cornflour, rice flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    In a small bowl, beat egg with salt, black and white pepper.

    Instructions

    • Place chicken in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, plain flour, mustard paste, ginger garlic, red chili, black pepper and salt.
    • Mix to coat evenly.
    • Marinate for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    • Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    • Place chicken pieces in a greased baking dish or tray.
    • Bake, in the preheated oven, for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
    • Remove from the oven and cut the chicken meat in chunks or strips.
    • Set aside and keep warm.
    • Cut the buns in half and toast.
    • Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom half of the each bun.
    • Put roasted chicken pieces and Mozzarella cheese.
    • Cover with the top of the bun. Press down. Delicious Chicken Roast Burger is ready to serve. ENJOY!

    You can Replace the chicken with a piece of freshly cooked beef fillet for a satisfying steak cambo.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm boneless chicken
    • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
    • 2 tablespoon oil or butter
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 tablespsoon cornflour
    • 1 green bell pepper cut into cubes
    • 6 green chilies thinly sliced
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper crushed
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Instructions

    Method

    • Rinse and drain chicken prperly.
    • Cut into 1 inch pieces.
    • Place chicken in a bowl, add cornflour, black pepper and salt.
    • Turn to coat evenly.
    • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger.
    • Cook for 1 minutes then put chicken in it.
    • Keep stirring.
    • Cook for 8-10 minute or until turn golden brown.
    • Then add green bell pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
    • Now add soya sauce ,vinegar and honey.
    • Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
    • Turn off the heat.
    • Take it out into a serving dish.
    • Sprinkle green chilies over it.Rapid Fire Chili Chicken is ready to serve.

    Notes

    Serving Suggestions:
    Enjoy with boiled rice.

    Directions:

    Step 1

    Rinse the chicken inside and outside properly then pat dry.

    Step 2

    Makes4-5 deep incisions or cuts on whole chicken by using a sharp knife then keep aside.

    Step 3

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste of it.

    Step 4

    Rub this paste evenly over the chicken, cover and leave to marinate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight if possible.

    Step 5

    Take a deep pot and place a sieve upside in the base of the pot.

    Step 6

    Add one cup of water in it and put the chicken on the sieve.

    Step 7

    Put the lid on and steam on low heat for 30 minutes.

    Step 8

    Heat oil in a deep pan (karahi ) until too hot, then reduce the heat to medium .

    Step 9

    When oil is hot, fry steamed chicken for 12-15 minutes or until it turn golden brown on both side.

    Step 10

    Then remove from the oil and drain on absorbent paper.

    Step 11

    Sprinkle chat masala onto it.

    Step 12

    Garnish with lemon wedges and salad leaves. Lahori Chargha is ready to serve.
