    Heart shaped cookie cutters can do more than just make cookies, use them to make a special breakfast for the ones you love most. My brother was not in good mood and lil bit annoyed with me. So when I made these Almond French Toast hearts for breakfast yesterday it completely changed the overall of his mood.

    Let me tell you a little secret that it’s a really lovely thing, because if you are anything like me, you could eat golden french toast smothered in almond flavored butter every day of the week.

    To Make The Cake Sponge: Break eggs in a large bowl.
    Add castor sugar and beat until light and creamy.

    Stir in the vanilla essence.

    Now add butter and beat 1 more minute.

    Take a separate bowl, sieve flour, baking powder and cocoa powder in it.

    Fold dry ingredients into egg-butter mixture and keep aside.

    To Make the coconut filling: Beat egg whites for 4-5 minutes on high speed or until stiff peaks form.

    Add icing sugar and beat 2 minutes longer.

    • 8 ounces chocolate
    • 100 gm butter
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup walnuts
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    2. Place chocolate, butter, sugar and water in a microwaveable bowl.
    3. Microwave for 2 minutes.
    4. Let it cool completely.
    5. In a separate bowl, sieve together flour, baking powder and salt.
    6. Mix well.
    7. Add eggs in chocolate mixture.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 large chicken breasts,boneless and skinless
    • 2 tbsp raw sesame seeds
    • 2 green onions,thinly sliced

    For Marination:

    • 1 tsp chicken base
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp white pepper
    • 1/4 tsp sugar

    For Batter:

    • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 egg,lightly beaten
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 3 tbsp cornstarch
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    For Sauce:

    • 3 tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • a sprinkle of ground black pepper
    • salt to taste

    How to make Sesame Chicken:

    • Cut chicken breasts into 1” chunks and in a glass bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients and mix well.
    • Add the chicken and coat evenly.
    • Cover and marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.n
    • Meanwhile, in separate bowl combine all of the batter ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    • The batter should be thick enough to coat the chicken but thin enough to flow around the pieces.
    • Set aside.
    • Using a fork or tongs remove the pieces of chicken from the marinade and dip them into the batter to coat evenly (one by one).
    • Deep fry the chicken in batches in your deep fryer for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Drain on paper towels.
    • In your wok combine the sauce ingredients and warm over medium heat.
    • Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer until sauce slightly thickens.
    • In the wok or in a serving dish coat chicken with the sauce and garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.

    Take a bowl and spray little oil and pour beaten eggs. Add little salt and mix well.

    Take a pressure cooker and pour half cup of water.

    Keep the bowl in the cooker and close the lid. Do not put the whistle.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

    • 500 gm chicken mince or any other mince keema
    • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
    • 1 small onion chopped
    • 2 to matoes finely chopped
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder zeera powder
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon Thai red curry paste
    • 8-10 curry leaves
    • 2 tablespoon hot and sweet sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
    • 4 hard boiled eggs.
    • Salt to taste
    • For Garnishing
    • 1 double fried egg
    • 1 tablespoon coriander chopped

    Instructions

    Method

    • Heat oil in a wok or deep pan over medium heat. Saute the onion in it.
    • Add garlic and ginger.Cook and stir for 1 minutes. Then add tomato. Season with powdered spices and salt. Stir well.
    • Add thai curry paste, curry leaves and chicken mince. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
    • Add hot and sweet sauce and mustard paste. Mix well.
    • Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes on a medium flame or until half done.
    • Fry the keema on high flame for 3 minutes. Add a little water and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally mix in the shredded egg .
    • Garnished with wedges of hard boiled eggs and chopped coriander. Chicken Keema and Egg is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with boiled rice or chapati.

    Ingredients

    For dough:

    • 300 gm plain flour
    • 300 gm sugar
    • 15 eggs
    • 1 tbsp baking powder
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

    For Topping:

    • 300 gm cooking chocolate
    • 200 gm butter
    • 100 gm icing sugar
    • 2 cups fresh cream
    • 1 cup sugar syrup
    • 4-5 tbsp icing sugar

     

    Directions: 

     For dough:

    1. Preheat oven to 220 degree C.
    2. In a large bowl, combine together eggs, plain flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
    3. Knead a fine dough.
    4. Then place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until toothpick insert into the center comes out clean.

    For Topping:

    1. In a bowl, add white butter, fresh cream, cocoa powder and icing sugar.
    2. Mix well.
    3. Keep the mix in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    4. Melt chocolate and mix with fresh cream.
    5. Also add prepared mixture.
    6. Make 1 cup sugar syrup and keep aside.

    To Proceed:

    1. When your sponge is ready, drizzle sugar syrup in the middle of sponge.
    2. Spread butter cream over it.
    3. Make a layer of cooking chocolate on the top.
    4. Top remaining butter cream.
    5. Then cut into rectangles of your preferred size.
    6. Chocolate Pastry is ready to serve.

     

    • Serve with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

    Chicken Russian Kebabs Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 4 boneless chicken breasts
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 green bell pepper finely chopped
    • 1 boiled carrot finelt chopped
    • 2 cups boiled potatoes
    • 1/2 cup sweet corn
    • 1/4 cup spring onion finely chopped
    • 4 tbsp plain flour
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 3 tbsp fresh corinader leaves finely chopped
    • 2 green chilies thinly sliced
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • Oil for frying

    Instructions

    • Cook chicken for 20-25 minutes or until tender then shredded properly.
    • Set aside.
    • Mash boiled potatoes.
    • Place all ingredients except oil in a large bowl.
    • Mix well.
    • Wet the palms and shape the mixture into oval shapes.
    • Beat egg with salt and pepper.
    • Dip kebabs in egg.
    • Deep fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
    • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
    • Russian Kebabs are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Notes

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with tomato ketchup.

    Step 1

    Cut eggs into halves and take egg yolk out.

    Step 2

    In a small bowl,combine egg yolks with butter, greens, salt and cream.

    Step 3

    Put the into the halves.

    Step 4

    Put this batter into two halves together like a whole egg.

    Sprinkle with cheese and butter.

    Step 6

    Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Before serving pour mayonnaise over it

    Sprinkle dill and parsley over it. Stuffed Eggs are ready to serve.

    Step 1

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and saute for 4-5 minutes or until transparent.

    Step 2

    Add chillies and curry leaves; cook for 1 minute.

    Step 3

    Now add tomatoes. Cook and stir for 10-12 minutes or until tomatoes blend together and the oil comes on top.

    Step 4

    Add salt, red chili, turmeric and coriander powder.

    Step 5

    Saute for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium low.

    Step 6

    Add 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

    Step 7

    Now add eggs and stir for 1 minute.

    Step 8

    Sprinkle garam masala at the end. Stir gently without breaking the eggs for another 2 minutes.

    Step 9

    Take it out in a serving dish. Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves. Egg roast is ready to serve. `
