    • ¼ cup raw Honey
    • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
    • melted butter, for forming balls

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 170 degree C.

    Step 2

    Put almonds in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.

    Step 3

    Spread grinded almonds on a baking sheet and toast in oven for 3-4 minutes, or until fragrant and a shade darker.

    Step 4

    Now put dates into the food processor.

    Step 5

    Process for 2-3 minutes or until finely chopped.

    Step 6

    Take it out in a bowl. Add almonds.

    Step 7

    Stir in the honey. Mix together until well combined.

    Step 8

    Use melted butter to dampen your hands periodically, and shape mixture into 1-inch balls.

    Step 9

    Then roll in the coconut.

    Step 10

    Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for a few days.Delicious Honey Date Balls are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Fish Burger Recipe

    • 300 gm boneless fish
    • 4 burger buns
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup cornflour
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp mustard paste
    • 2 tbsp white vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying
    • lettuce leaves for garnishing

    Method

    1. Pound fish into circular shape pieces.
    2. Marinate fish with vinegar, black pepper, chili powder and salt.
    3. Now roll each fish piece in cornflour. Turn to coat evenly.
    4. Dip fish in beaten egg.Then roll in breadcrumbs.
    5. Pressing gently.
    6. Deep fry fish for 5-8 minutes or until golden.
    7. Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
    8. Cut burger buns in half.
    9. Slightly toast on a hot griddle or pan.
    10. Remove from the heat.
    11. Spread mayonnaise and mustard paste on them.
    12. Place fried fish piece on it. Top with lettuce leaves.
    13. Cover with another half of bun. Fish Burger is ready to serve. ENJOY 🙂

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve warm with fries and ketchup.

    Step 1 : Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

    • 1 packet instant noodles
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 2 cups shredded cabbage
    • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
    • 3 green onions (sliced)
    • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
    • 1 carrot (grated)
    • 1 green pepper (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp white pepper
    • salt to taste
    • 20 frozen spring roll wrappers (thawed)
    • oil for frying
    • 2 tablespoon cornflour (dissolved in a lil water and make a thick paste or a egg yolk)

    Directions

    1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat.
    2. Add onion, garlic, green peas, carrot, green pepper and cabbage. Cook and stir for few minutes or until crisp tender.
    3. Add instant noodles (crushed) and soy
    4. sauce.
    5. Season with salt and pepper.
    6. Turn the heat off and take it out in a
    7. bowl.
    8. Set aside to cool.
    9. Place 1 wrapper on a board with a corner pointing towards you.
    10. Brush edges with cornflour mixture.
    11. Spoon 1 tbsp vegetable mixture into the corner of the wrap.
    12. Fold corner over the filling then roll up from corner to corner, folding edges in to enclose filling.
    13. Repeat with remaining wrappers, cornflour mixture and filling.
    14. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
    15. Deep fry spring rolls, in batches, for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and golden.
    16. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper. ENJOY!

    Notes:
    Keep remaining wrappers covered with damp tea towel.

    Clean chicken and pat dry.

    Bread Cutlets Recipe

    Very easy to make and spicy in taste.These Bread Cutlets taste great on a Rainy day.

    • 4 Bread Slices
    • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
    • 1 green Chilli (finely chopped)
    • 1/2 cup boiled potatoes (mashed)
    • 1/2 cup Carrot (grated)
    • 1/2 cup green peas (boiled and mashed)
    • 2 teaspoon fresh coriander Leaves (chopped)
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chili (crushed)
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • salt to taste
    • oil for shallow frying

    Method

    1. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    2. Add all the vegetables.
    3. Stir fry it for 5 minutes; sprinkle salt and continue frying until they become tender.
    4. Dip bread in water and remove it immediately.
    5. Squeeze out the excess water and add it with the fried vegetables and spice powders.
    6. Mix until well combined.
    7. Make equal balls and shape them into small cutlets.
    8. Dip in egg then shallow fry in oil till they turn golden in color.
    9. Transfer into a serving platter. Bread Cutlet is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

    Potatoes which can also called as Meal Maker here is my favorite stuff.I can eat it all day, I don’t know why; But I totally like it. 😛 And I am adding sesame seeds to this Sesame Potato Cutlets recipe to add nutty flavour and nutrition. They are very crunchy and tastes great when served hot with green chutney or tomato sauce. You can served these cutlets as a party snack, packed for picnic or can be relished as an evening snack.

    I use Potatoes more than anything in my cooking. I make Kabob’s, Curries, Sandwiches many many stuffs out of it. And among that this one is my favorite. These Sesame Potato Cutlets are so healthy since they are pan fried, but if you are in a mood of deep frying, please do it.These are great recipe to freeze.

    Make a big batch of this and after completing till the step of coating them in sesame seeds, put them between parchment paper or wrap them individually in cling warp and freeze them. So that you can use it when ever you want.

    If you need any quick snack for kids or any instant filling for burger then this is the answer. These cutlets are so quick to make and really yummy to eat. Traditionally this is deep fried, but I pan fried it with a little bit of oil to make it even more healthy. Still it tasted awesome. You can have it with ketchup or any of your favorite chutney.

    Sesame Potato Cutlets

    I am adding sesame seeds to this Sesame Potato Cutlets recipe to add nutty flavour and nutrition. They are very crunchy and tastes great when served hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm boiled potatoes
    • 2 bread slices
    • 1 cup boiled shredded chicken
    • 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
    • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
    • 1 cup sesame seeds
    • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tablespoon mint leaves (chopped)
    • 1 teaspoon mango powder (aamchur)
    • 1 teaspoon red chili (crushed)
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
    • salt to taste
    • Oil for shallow frying
    1. Peel potatoes and mashed them properly.
    2. Soak bread slices in a little milk then squeezed.
    3. Place mashed potato,chicken bread slices, all other ingredients except sesame seeds and oil. Mix until well combined.
    4. Shape into small cutlets.
    5. Dip each cutlet in egg wash then coat with sesame seeds.
    6. Repeat this procedure with all cutlets.
    7. Now heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
    8. Deep fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
    9. Drain on absorbent paper.Sesame Potato Cutlets are ready to serve. ENJOY !!

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Mint Tamarind Chutney.

    For Club Sandwich:

    • 12 bread slices
    • 1 cup coleslaw salad
    • 4 lettuce leaves
    • 4 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
    • 4 cheese slices

    For Serving

    • French fries
    • coleslaw salad

    To make Zinger Chicken

    Step 1

    First flatten chicken breast halves with a kitchen hammer.

    Step 2

    Place chicken breasts in a large bowl. Add mustard paste, vinegar, soy sauce, salt , red pepper and garlic powder. Mix until well coated.

    Step 3

    Cover and marinate for 3o minutes.

    Step 4

    In a shallow bowl, combine together the flours, white pepper, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

    Step 5

    Beat eggs in another bowl and keep aside.

    Step 6

    First coat the marinated chicken with flour mixture.

    Step 7

    Then dip in egg and again repeat this mixture to make thick coating.

    Step 8

    Now heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Step 9

    Deep fry chicken for 5-7 minutes then put the lid on and cook another 8 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

    Step 10

    Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

    Step 11

    Keep warm.

    To Make Zinger Club Sandwich

    Step 1

    Toast bread slices.

    Step 2

    Put four zinger chicken pieces on 4 bread slices.

    Step 3

    Put cheese slices over them.

    Step 4

    Cover with another 4 bread slices.

    Step 5

    Now layer chili garlic sauce and coleslaw salad over them

    Step 6

    Put lettuce leaves over them. Cover with remaining four bread slices.

    Step 7

    Cut zinger club sandwich into triangles.

    Step 8

    Secure with wooden picks. Zinger Club Sandwich is ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    • 2 green chilies, thinly sliced
    • 1 green onion, chopped
    • pastry sheet as required

    For Glaze

    • 1 egg, lightly beaten

    Step 1

    Preheat oven at 400 degree F.

    Step 2

    Mash potatoes in a large bowl.

    Step 3

    Add all ingredients except egg and mix well.

    Step 4

    Fill potato mixture in puff sheets.

    Brush sheets with egg.

    Step 6

    Bake, in the pre heated oven, for 20 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.

    Step 7

    Remove from the oven. Potato Filled Patties are ready to serve. Enjoy!!

    Roasted Lemon Potatoes

    Roasted lemon potatoes has a great indulging flavor because of potato skin, garlic and oregano. It’s a perfect appetizer and side dish. Goes great with barbecue and turkey roast.

    • 1/2 kg potatoes with skin
    • 1/2 cup lemon juice
    • 4 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp garlic paste
    • 2 tsp oregano
    • 1 tsp crushed red chili
    • salt to taste
    • parsley for garnishing

    Method

    1. Wash potatoes then cut into french fries.
    2. Now boil water in a pot.
    3. Put potatoes in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Take it out from the water and drain.
    5. When dries completely, add lemon juice, garlic paste, oregano, red chili, olive oil and salt.
    6. Toss to coat evenly.
    7. Put the seasoned potatoes on a baking dish.
    8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until tender.
    9. Sprinkle parsley over it.
    10. Delicious Roasted Lemon Potatoes are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve it with horseradish sauce or tartar sauce and enjoy a great side dash, appetizer or snack.

    Does anyone remember those mini pizza bites…? Am I the only one that gobbled up two to three every day as a tea time snack? Well, guess what. These are sooooo much better! And easy to make!

    They would be perfect for the friends pizza party because you can fill them individually with a vast array of toppings. They’d also be perfect as an appetizer with a glass of lemonade. In fact, I don’t really know of a time that these pizza rolls is not appropriate, do you?

    I didn’t think so.

    This Homemade Pizza Roll Recipe is perfect and my family favorites. I used my favorite pizza dough recipe to make these rolls and they turned out beautifully in just over an hour, start to finish. Super fast. You could also make the dough ahead of time and freeze it, which is what I do often!

    Let it be known that although the recipe calls for whole wheat flour, more often times than not, I just use all white flour. What can I say? I’m a carb purist.

    All you is roll out the Pizza dough, then fill with whatever toppings you choose, rolled into a spiral then baked. I kept things simple with pizza sauce, chicken and mozzarella cheese, few veggies but you could totally go crazy here and add sauteed mushrooms, goat cheese, pepperoni, bits of sausage and even scrambled eggs and cheese. The options are endless!

    Pizza sauce is my favorite part about the pizza (besides a crispy crust) and the cheese is Fatima’s & Wahab’s favorite. I fill these pizza rolls with just a little bit of sauce to make them happy and I serve with extra sauce to make me happy. 🙂

    Homemade Pizza Rolls

    A tasty dinner option for busy nights and with few simple ingredients , prep has never been easier! Take your pizza and give it a roll!

    • 1 lb pizza dough
    • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
    • 1/2 cup cooked chicken pieces or mince
    • 1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
    • 4-5 black olives (chopped)
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • a pinch of red pepper flakes
    1. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and keep aside.
    2. Lightly flour a work surface and roll the dough into an 8×12 rectangle.
    3. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough to the edges.
    4. Top with the chicken or mince, then 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, green pepper and olives.
    5. Sprinkle oregano and basil over it.
    6. Starting on the long side, roll the dough up to form a log.
    7. Trim the edges if uneven, then cut the dough into 9 equal slices.
    8. Place the slices, cut side down, in the prepared baking dish, making 3 rows of 3 rolls each.
    9. Cover the dish with foil and let it sit to rise for 30 minutes.
    10. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375ºF.
    11. Place the rolls in the preheated oven, still covered, and bake for 20 minutes.
    12. Remove the foil and return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
    13. The rolls should be browned and the cheese melted.
    14. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella and red pepper flakes over the top of the rolls, then return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
    15. Let the rolls cool slightly in the pan, then top with the remaining basil.
    16. Delicious Homemade Pizza Rolls are ready to serve. ENJOY!

    Recipe Note’s:
    You may use whole wheat pizza dough instead of white flour.
    If you prefer, you can bake these rolls in two muffin pans or even a 9×13 baking pan.

  • Think Outside the Pan: Double Pan Pizza Recipe (Next-Level Homemade Pizza!)

    Double Pan Pizza Recipe

    For Pizza Dough

    • 2 cups wheat flour
    • 2 cups refined flour
    • 1 egg
    • 3 tbsp milk powder
    • 2 tbsp yeast
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp fresh coriander
    • a pinch of onion seeds
    • 2 pinch crushed red chili
    • 2-1/2 cps Luke warm water or milk

    For Pizza Topping

    • 1 cup boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
    • 1 cup onion (cut into cubes)
    • 1 capsicum (cut into cubes)
    • 8 mushrooms
    • 1 packet Mozzarella Cheese
    • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
    • 2 tbsp garlic sauce
    • 1 tbsp red chili (crushed)
    • 1 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1 tsp salt

    For Pizza Sauce

    • 2 cups tomato paste
    • 4 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp red chili (crushed)

    To Make Pizza Sauce

    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
    3. Then add all sauce ingredients.
    4. Mix well.
    5. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

    To Make Pizza Topping

    1. Heat oil in an another pan.
    2. Saute garlic in it.
    3. Put chicken to the pan and fry for for 5 minutes.
    4. Then add red chili, onion seed and black pepper, salt.
    5. Mix well.

    To Make Pizza Dough

    1. In a large bowl, combine together flour, green coriander, milk powder, yeast, sugar, salt, crushed red chili, mustard seeds and egg.
    2. Knead a dough by using warm water or warm milk.
    3. Leave it for 45 minutes.

    To Proceed

    1. Take a simple frying pan and spread the pizza dough on it.
    2. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    3. Press it a little bit with a cloth like chapatti, to cook properly.
    4. When it starts rising/cooking, turn it over.
    5. Spread prepared pizza sauce over the cooked side of dough.
    6. Place chicken, onion, capsicum and mushrooms on it.
    7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.
    8. Cover the pan again and let it cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
    9. Double Pan Pizza is ready to serve.

    Serve hot with Mexican Tomato Sauce.

    Tandoori Chicken Pizza Recipe

    Enjoy cheesy, crusty pizza with tandoori chicken topping. Must try this Tandoori Chicken Pizza recipe, you’ll love this tandoori version of Pizza.

    For Pizza Dough

    • 2 cups plain flour
    • 1 egg
    • 1-1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoon oil
    • 1-1/2 tablespoon dry milk powder 1 teaspoon caster sugar
    • Luke warm water as required

    For Pizza Sauce

    • 2 tablespoon oil
    • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
    • 1/2 cup tomato paste
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    For Chicken Tikka

    • 2 boneless chicken breasts
    • 4 tablespoon tikka masala powder
    • 2 tablespooon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

    For Topping

    • 1 onion (cut into cubes)
    • 1 capsicum (cut into cubes)
    • 1 to mato (cut into cubes)
    • 3 tablespoon sweet corn
    • 3 tablespoom mushrooms
    • 3 tablespoon black olives
    • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
    • 1 cup cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

    Method

    To Make Pizza dough

    1. Place flour, salt, instant yeast, egg, dry milk powder, caster sugar, oil in a large bowl. Mix well.
    2. Add very little water for binding and knead a soft dough. Note: The dough should be soft after mixing the ingredients.
    3. After binding, take out the mixture and strike it on a smooth surface for 5 times.
    4. Sprinkle little flour on the dry surface and roll the dough.
    5. For thin and crispy pizza, dough should be 1/8th inch thick after rolling.
    6. Place the rolled dough on a pizza pan and prick it with knife or fork.
    7. Place this pan for 8 minutes in a preheated oven.

    To Make Pizza Sauce

    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    2. Add garlic paste and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
    3. Now add tomato paste, red chilli powder, salt, oregano and ketchup.
    4. Cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    5. Take it out in a bowl.
    6. Pizza Sauce is ready now. Use this sauce when it’s cold.

    To Make Chicken Tikka

    1. Place chicken in a large bowl.
    2. Apply tikka masala, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste over the chicken.
    3. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
    4. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium high heat.
    5. Cook chicken for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked thorough.
    6. Place 2 coal pieces in th pan and cover for 4-5 minutes.
    7. Chicken Tikka is ready now.

    To Make Tandoori Chicken Pizza

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    2. Roll out the dough
    3. Place in a 10-inch Pizza pan.
    4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
    5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese about over it.
    6. Place chicken Tikka pieces on it.
    7. Layer onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, mushrooms, olives and oregano leaves.
    8. Top with cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Delicious Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce.

    These Rice rolls are a refreshing change from the usual fried variety, and have become a family favorite. They are great as a cool summertime appetizer, and are delicious dipped in one or both of the sauces.

    Rice Rolls Recipe

    • 2 small rice paper
    • 2 tbsp basil leaves
    • 2 tbsp mint leaves
    • 1/4 cup slices carrots
    • 1/4 cup slices cucumber
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1/4 cup vermicelli

    Method

    1. Cut cucumber into 2” long skinny sticks.
    2. Remove stems from mint and basil sprigs.
    3. Take small handful of vermicelli noodles and place in bowl of boiling water until soft. Drain.
    4. In a large shallow bowl, fill with two inches of boiling water.
    5. Dip rice paper in bowl, allowing it to sit (no folds or wrinkles) until flimsy and soft.
    6. Move wet rice paper to large place and dab off excess water with tea towel.
    7. In the center of the circle, place pinches of matchstick carrots, cooked vermicelli, mint, basil, cucumber and sprinkle everything with sesame seeds.
    8. Wrap everything up like a burrito, and voila! Rice Rolls are ready to serve.

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce.

    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    Wash potatoes and peel.

    Step 3

    Then cut into shape of French fries.

    Step 4

    Lined a baking dish with foil.

    Step 5

    Place potatoes on the baking dish.

    Step 6

    Bake for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are half done.

    Step 7

    In a bowl, add cheese, Italian seasoning and salt.

    Step 8

    Sprinkle this mixture over baked potatoes.

    Step 9

    Toss to coat evenly.

    Step 10

    Bake 5 minutes longer or until crispy and golden brown. Italian Seasoned Fries are ready to serve.

    To Make Crispy Seasoned Fries:

    The secret I found to making the French fries crisp is to soak them in a salt water brine.
