- 4 bread slices
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup cheese
- 1 tomato, remove seeds and chopped
- 1 green pepper, remove seeds and chopped
- 4 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Step 1
Shred the chicken.
Step 2
Add mayonaise, salt and pepper to form a paste.
Step 3
Spread chili garlic sauce on bread slices.
Step 4
Put chicken mixture on the bread slices.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated cheese on the slices.
Step 6
Now top with tomatoes and green pepper.
Step 7
Bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and cut each bread slice in the triangle shape. Pizza sandwiches are ready to serve.
