    For the dough :

    • 2 cups wheat flour
    • 2 tbsp ghee
    • 1/2 tsp salt

    For Filling:

    • 5oo gm minced mutton
    • 1 small onion,finely chopped
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
    • A pinch of turmeric
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • A handful of chopped coriander leaves
    • Ghee or clarified butter for making the paratha
    • salt to taste

    Step 1

    For the dough :Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and knead to a smooth dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    Then make small balls from the dough and keep it aside.

    Step 3

    For filling: Boil the minced mutton in salted water until it is tender.

    Step 4

    Now heat the oil in a pan, add onions and fry until brown.

    Step 5

    Also add grated ginger-garlic, salt, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, boiled mutton and fry till the water dries and the oil separates.

    Step 6

    Add the chopped coriander leaves and remove from the heat.

    Step 7

    Keep it aside.

    Step 8

    Take the dough balls and roll out each ball into a thin disc or a chapati and in the middle.

    Step 9

    Place the filling mixture on one round chapati and cover with a another round chapati and seal the edges.

    Step 10

    Now sprinkle a little dry flour on top, then roll the paratha to a thin round shape chapati.

    Step 11

    Take care it should not break while rolling it out.

    Step 12

    Grease the griddle (tawa) with Ghee or clarified butter.

    Step 13

    Place the paratha over it and when the base turns slightly golden color, apply Ghee on the top and turn the paratha on the other side.

    Step 14

    Fry these parathas on both sides, pressing gently and keep turning the paratha until it turns golden brown. Keema Paratha is ready to serve.

    • water for knead the dough

    Step 1

    Mix flour, salt and required water to make a dough consistency.

    Step 2

    Rub oil over and knead it soft.

    Step 3

    Let it rest for an hour.

    Step 4

    Make lemon sized balls out of the dough.

    Step 5

    Roll two balls into the small rounds (roti).

    Step 6

    Apply some butter or ghee on one round (roti).

    Step 7

    Cover with plan round.

    Step 8

    Seal the edges carefully and start rolling to form a round bread.

    Step 9

    Now make impressions with a fork.

    Step 10

    Heat a flat pan or griddle (tawa),when it gets hot add the paratha and let it cook for a minute.

    Step 11

    When it starts to get small bubbles turn around and add a small tsp of desi ghee around the paratha.

    Step 12

    When the brown spots appear take it out.

    Step 13

    Keep it in an in a covered box. Butter Paratha is ready to serve. Enjoy!

    Chili Cheese Fries Recipe

    If you want a simple but delicious appetizer chili cheese fries are exactly what you’re looking for.A great combination of cheese, chili and french fried potatoes. Quick and as simple as it gets.

    Ingredients

    • 1 32 ounce package frozen seasoned french fries
    • 1 15 ounce can chili without beans
    • 8 slices cheese cut into pieces
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp butter

    Instructions

    Method

    • Prepare french fries as directed on the package.
    • In a small bowl, dissolve cornflour in water. Set aside.
    • Pour milk in a saucepan. Add margarine and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly.
    • Reduce heat to low then gradually add cornstarch mixture into the milk mixture.
    • Cook for 2-3 minutes and stir until the mixture is thick and smooth.
    • Add cheese to the milk mixture. Stir for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted and is well combined.
    • Prepare chili as directed on the can.
    • Pour cheese and chili sauce top of the cooked french fries. Chili Cheese Fries are ready to serve. ENJOY!

    Notes

    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve with ketchup.
