    Sweet and sour Chicken is one of the most popular Chinese dishes and My family is a big fan of sweet and sour chicken so I thought I would try this recipe with noodles. It was a huge hit in our house and even they ate tons of it! Definitely a keeper for a easy go to dinner meal.

    This Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe is super easy to make. All you will need is one wok or a skillet, and all of the ingredients listed below. It takes about 30 minutes to make this mouthwatering dish. Delicious dinner made in no time!

    Tender, juicy pieces of chicken in a tangy sweet and sour sauce with pineapple chunks, onion and peppers, served on a Bed of Noodles.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup pineapple chunks
    • 1 large mango – peeled seeded, and chopped
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • 1 cup pineapple juice unsweetened
    • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
    • 2 tablespoon pineapple ice cream
    • honey to taste

    Instructions

    • Place yogurt, pineapple juice, pineapple chunks mango, milk and Ice cream in a blender. Blend until smooth.
    • Pour into 4 glasses.
    • Drizzle with honey. Mango Pineapple Smoothie is ready to drink. ENJOY!! 🙂

    1. Pour soda water, pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice.
    2. Also add ice cubes and black salt.

    Ingredients

    • 300 gm boiled rice
    • 50 gm currants
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 1 cup cocktail fruits
    • 1 cup pineapple chopped
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 4 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • salt to taste

    Instructions

    Method

    • Heat oil in a deep skillet.
    • Add beaten eggs and cook for 2 minutes.
    • Then add cocktail fruits, pineapple, currants and sugar.
    • Stir frequently.
    • Cook for 2-3 minutes
    • Now add boiled rice, soy sauce in it.
    • Season with salt and pepper.
    • Cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes or until cooked thorough.

    A butter less sponge cake is baked, then drizzled with pineapple syrup and layered with pineapple chunks and fresh whipped cream.     Cook Time: 25 minutes

    Ingredients

    For Sponge:

    • 4 ounce flour
    • 4 ounce caster sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence

    For Filling & Topping:

    • 1 can pineapple tidbits
    • 2 ounce icing sugar
    • 12 ounce fresh cream, whipped
    • 1/2 cup pineapple syrup
    • Cherries as required

     

    Directions:

    For Sponge:

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    2. Lightly grease a 9×9 inch square cake pan.
    3. Set aside.
    4. In a large bowl, cream eggs with sugar.
    5. When light and fluffy add vanilla essence.
    6. Then Fold in the sieved flour and baking powder.
    7. Pour this batter into the greased cake pan.
    8. Place pan in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

    For Filling & Topping:

    1. Cut cakes into halves from center.
    2. Pour pineapple syrup over it.
    3. Spread whipped cream and pineapple chunks on it.
    4. Cover with second half of sponge.
    5. Again pour pineapple syrup on it.
    6. Top with whipped cream and cherries.
    7. Cut into small pastries.
    8. Decorate with fresh cream, pineapple cubes and cherries.
    9. Pineapple Cream Pastry is ready now.
