Pineapple Biscuits Recipe

  • 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1

In a medium bowl, cream butter with brown sugar. Stir in the cinnamon and pineapple. Spoon into 10 greased muffin cups.

Step 2

Place one biscuit in each prepared muffin cup. Bake at 425° F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Pineapple Biscuits are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
