- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- salt to taste
- oil for deep frying

Place chicken, potato and cheese in a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and make small balls of this mixture.
Dip in egg then coat it in bread crumbs.
Heat the oil and fry them until golden brown.
Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper. Potato chicken balls are ready to serve. ENJOY!!
