    • 2 cups pitted dates, preferably Medjool
    • ¼ cup raw Honey
    • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
    • melted butter, for forming balls

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 170 degree C.

    Step 2

    Put almonds in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.

    Step 3

    Spread grinded almonds on a baking sheet and toast in oven for 3-4 minutes, or until fragrant and a shade darker.

    Step 4

    Now put dates into the food processor.

    Step 5

    Process for 2-3 minutes or until finely chopped.

    Step 6

    Take it out in a bowl. Add almonds.

    Step 7

    Stir in the honey. Mix together until well combined.

    Step 8

    Use melted butter to dampen your hands periodically, and shape mixture into 1-inch balls.

    Step 9

    Then roll in the coconut.

    Step 10

    Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for a few days.Delicious Honey Date Balls are ready to serve. ENJOY!!

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound chicken wings
    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • salt according to taste
    • spring onions, for garnishing

     

    Directions:

    1. Heat oil in a pan or deep wok.
    2. Put chicken wings in hot oil.
    3. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until its change the colour
    4. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
    6. Now add soy sauce.
    7. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes chicken is tender.
    8. Add honey and sesame seeds.
    9. Mix well.
    10. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
    11. Transfer into a serving dish.
    12. Sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds over it.

    • 2 large chicken breasts,boneless and skinless
    • 2 tbsp raw sesame seeds
    • 2 green onions,thinly sliced

    For Marination:

    • 1 tsp chicken base
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tsp white pepper
    • 1/4 tsp sugar

    For Batter:

    • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 egg,lightly beaten
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 3 tbsp cornstarch

    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    For Sauce:

    • 3 tbsp honey
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp vinegar

    How to make Sesame Chicken:

    • Cut chicken breasts into 1” chunks and in a glass bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients and mix well.
    • Add the chicken and coat evenly.
    • Cover and marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.n
    • Meanwhile, in separate bowl combine all of the batter ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    • The batter should be thick enough to coat the chicken but thin enough to flow around the pieces.
    • Set aside.
    • Using a fork or tongs remove the pieces of chicken from the marinade and dip them into the batter to coat evenly (one by one).
    • Deep fry the chicken in batches in your deep fryer for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    • Drain on paper towels.
    • In your wok combine the sauce ingredients and warm over medium heat.
    • Bring to a boil while stirring and simmer until sauce slightly thickens.
    • In the wok or in a serving dish coat chicken with the sauce and garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.

    In a large bowl, add biscuit mix. In a small bowl, combine together sour cream and lemon-lime soda. Stir into biscuit mix just until combined. Turn onto a floured surface; knead the dough for 4-5 times. Then roll to 1/2-inch. thickness and cut with a 2-1/2-inch. cookies cutter.

    Step 2

    Place biscuits on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Step 3

    In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey and orange peel. Beat until fluffy.

    Step 4

    Pour honey mixture over the warm biscuits. Allow to cool for 15 minutes or until set. Sour Cream Biscuits are ready to serve. Enjoy!!

    Step 1
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add spring onion, red bell pepper and snow peas ; stir fry for 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat and keep aside.
    Step 2
    In a small bowl combine honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.
    Step 3
    Add remaining oil to pan and heat. When pan is hot, add beef , stirring frequently and cook for 4-5 minutes or until meat change color.
    Step 4
    Then add chopped garlic and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
    Add sauce and fried vegetables, cover and bring sauce to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes.
    Step 5
    Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup of water and slowly pour into pan. Stirring constantly and cook for 1- minute or until thickened. Honey Beef Stir fry is ready to serve.

    Ingredients

    • 1 mango – peeled seeded and cubed
    • 1 cup nonfat milk
    • 1 cup ice cubes
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp white sugar
    • 1 tsp lemon juice

    Instructions

    Method

    • Place the mango, sugar, and honey in a blender.
    • Pour in the milk and lemon juice.
    • Process until well blended and smooth.
    • Divide the ice cubes between 2 glasses.
    • Pour mango smoothie over the ice.
    • Stir well.
    • Honey-Mango Smoothie is ready now.
    • Serve immediately.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • 2 limes, juiced
    • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 tsp chili powder
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tsp black pepper

    Method:

    • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
    • In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub spices over the chicken pieces. Arrange chicken pieces on the prepared baking dish.
    • Pour chicken stock, honey in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes then stir in lime juice and jalapeno. Cook for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    • Place chicken in the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Continue cooking 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbs peanut oil
    • 1kg organic, free-range chicken tenderloins, thinly sliced
    • 2 tsp minced ginger
    • 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
    • 1 red capsicum, sliced
    • 1 carrot, julienne
    • bunch green round beans, sliced
    • 1 tsp cornflour
    • 1 tbs soy sauce

    • 4 spring onions (scallions) sliced

    Directions:
