Step 1

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacture directions.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and baking soda.Place eggs, honey and vanilla in another bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Step 3

Fold into flour mixture. Grease preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden.

Step 4
