    • 100 gms Fresh cream
    • 2 tbsp Ghee
    • 2 tbsp Dry fruit crushed

    Step 1

    Grate pineapple.

    Step 2

    Cook with 1 cup of water on medium heat till all the water evaporates.

    Step 3

    Add 2 tbsp ghee and cook till ghee separates.

    Step 4

    Add sugar if needed as per your taste.

    Step 5

    Turn down heat to very low and add cream. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Step 6

    Garnished with crushed dry fruits. Pineapple Halwa is ready to serve.

    • 120 gm yellow lentils (moong daal)
    • 1/2 cup clarified butter (desi ghee)
    • 1/2 cup khoya
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 green cardamoms
    • 4 tablespoon sugar or to taste
    • 10 Cashew nuts, broken
    • 10 Pistachios, chopped

    Wash and soak the lentils for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    Drain out water and grind into a rough paste.

    Step 3

    Heat ghee in a deep pan over medium heat.

    Step 4

    Fry the lentil paste till light golden in colour.

    Step 5

    Put the sugar and water to boil in another pan.

    Step 6

    Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves completely.

    Step 7

    Boil rapidly for 5 minutes.

    Step 8

    Add to the fried daal. Cook, stiring vigorously till the mixture becomes thick.

    Step 9

    Add cardamom powder and stir well.

    Step 10

    Dish it out. Garnish with khoya, cashew nuts and pistachios. Moong Dal Halwa is ready to serve.

    Ingredients

    • 500 gm dates remove seeds
    • 2 cups milks
    • 1/4 cup desi ghee
    • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder elaichi
    • 1/2 cup Pistachio
    • 1/2 cup Almond grinds

    Instructions

    • Dates should be fresh and big in size.
    • Wash them and pick out there seeds.
    • Boil dates with the milk.
    • Now mash the dates.
    • Heat ghee in a separate pan. Add cardamon powder, pistachios and almonds.
    • Fry for few seconds then pour over the dates mixture.
    • Fry it well.
    • When all water’s get dry, remove from the heats.
    • Dish it out. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.Dates Halwa is ready to serve. Enjoy.

    Heat ghee and cardamom powder in a heavy based skillet until warm.

    Step 2

    Add milk powder and stirring constantly fry milk powder over low heat for about 5 minutes or until light brown.

    Add beaten eggs and stirring constantly.

    Cook until the mixture is dark brown, about 5-8 minutes.

    Step 5

    Add condensed milk and cook until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and thick, about 3 minutes.

    Step 6

    Add nuts stir fry for one minute and remove from heat.

    Step 7

    Spread the mixture evenly in a greased pan, sprinkle chopped walnuts.

    Step 8

    Press with the back of a metal spoon.

    Step 9

    Using a sharp knife mark squares and keep aside to set.

  • The BEST Coconut Halwa Recipe Ever! (Melt-in-Your-Mouth Delicious!)

    Ingredients of Coconut Halwa:

    • 1 Medium Coconut, grated
    • 1/4 cup Clarified Butter
    • 1-1/4 cup Sugar
    • 3/4 cup Rice
    • 4 Green Cardamom

    For Garnishing:

    • 2 tbsp pistachios
    • 2 tbsp cashew nuts

    How to make Coconut Halwa:

    • Wash and soak rice for about one hour.
    • Remove kernel from coconut and cut into small pieces.
    • In a food processor, grind soaked rice, coconut pieces and along with 1 cup of water until soft.
    • In a heavy bottomed pan, add the above coconut and rice paste, sugar and clarified butter.
    • Mix well and cook on medium heat until thick.
    • Keep stirring because coconut and sugar mixture can stick to the bottom of the pan and burn.
    • Cook until mixture becomes thick/lumpy and sticky.
    • At this point it starts to leave the sides of the pan.
    • Remove from heat and spread on a greased, round plate.
    • garnished with pistachios and cashew nuts.
    • When it is cooled, cut into diamond shaped pieces.
    • Coconut Halwa is ready to serve.

    Ingredients of Pistachio Halwa:

    • 1 1/2 cups shelled pistachio nuts
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 2 1/2 tbsp milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 4 1/2 tsp butter or ghee
    • Few drops vanilla essence

    How to make Pistachio Halwa:

    • Soak pistachio nuts in boiling water for 35 minutes.
    • Grease and base-line an 7 ” square plate.
    • Drain pistachio nuts thoroughly and grind with milk until finely chopped.
    • Stir in sugar.
    • Heat a large frying pan, add butter or ghee and melt over a low to medium heat.
    • Add nut paste and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture is very thick.
    • Stir in vanilla essence, then spread into prepared greased plate.
    • Leave to cool completely, then cut into Square or diamond shape pieces.
    • Pistachio Halwa is ready to serve.
