- 4 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp chaat masala
- Salt as taste
- Oil for deep frying
- 1-1/2 cups Water

Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes in 1 inch cubes.
Step 2
In a covered pan Add water, potatoes, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, salt and vinegar.

Cook until water dry.

Now add chaat masala and mix lightly.
Step 5
Potatoes in wooden sticks.

Beat egg in a bowl.
Step 7
