- 1/2 kg chicken mince
- 1 can chicken sausage, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian style spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 small carrot, coarsely grated
- 2 slices pan American cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup raisins

Step 1
Combine all ingredients with 3/4 tsp iodized fine salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Wrap every 3/4 cup of mixture in aluminum foil. Roll.
Step 4
Steam for 1 hour.
Step 5
Cool and chill overnight.
Step 6
Unwrap and slice. Chicken Rolls is ready to serve. Enjoy!
