Cabbage Paneer Roll
A delicious recipe made of cabbage and paneer, it can be served both as snacks, and after meal munch. In fact it can also serve the purpose of a filling breakfast.

- 5 Fresh bread slices
- 3/4 cup grated Cabbage
- 1/2 cup crumbled Paneer
- 1 finely chopped Green chilly
- 1/2 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
- 1-2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste

Remove the crusts from the bread.
Roll bread slices with the pin roller. Keep aside.
Place cabbage, paneer, coriander leaves, green chilies and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Divide the filling mixture into five equal portions.
Take another small bowl, add gram flour and 2 tsp of water. Mix well and make a smooth paste. Set aside.
Put the stuffing in the corner of the bread slice and roll the slice.
Seal the edges of rolled slice with gram flour paste.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls until becomes golden color. Cabbage Paneer Roll is ready to serve.
