  • 1 kilogram daal channa
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs (optional)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1 pinch black paper
  • Salt to taste
  • A Pinch turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

Directions:

Step 1

Boil daal in 2 glasses of water and salt until it get smooth.

Step 2

Grind it and add all above ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

Make kabab of this batter.

Step 4

Heat oil, dip kabab in egg and then roll in bread crumbs(optional)  and shallow fry until golden brown.

Step 5

Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper. Daal kabab is ready to serve.
