- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- 18 wonton wrappers
- oil for deep frying

Place grated cheese in a large bowl. Add black pepper, soy sauce, salt and coriander leaves.
Also add 1 egg. Mix well.
Dust flour in the working surface.
Place wonton wrapper on the working surface.
Brush the edges with egg.
Put 1 tsp cheese filling in the center.
Pull the top corner down to the bottom corner.
Repeat this procedure with all remaining ingredients and make wontons of it.
Heat oil in deep pan or wok.
Deep fry wontons for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel. Cheese Wontons are ready to serve. ENJOY!
