  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • water as required
  • butter (optional)

Directions:

Step 1

Place wheat flour, carrot, salt in a large bowl.

Step 2

Mix well.and Knead a soft dough with water.

Step 3

Cover the dough with wet cloth and set aside for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Now make small balls and roll into shape of chapati.

Step 5

Heat griddle (tawa) over medium heat.

Step 6

Cook carrot chapati on griddle. Spread butter on both sides of chapati. Carrot Chapati is ready to serve.
