Broccoli and Noodles Supreme Recipe

  • 3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Step 1

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Step 2

In a large pot, add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

Stir in pepper and noodles.
