Tandoori Chicken Sandwich
Tandoori chicken sandwich is a wonderful appetizer in which grilled tandoori chicken, mango chutney,lettuce and mayonnaise are filled between Kaiser Rolls.
This Tandoori chicken sandwich turned out really well! The flavour of the tandoori marinade came through in the sandwich and it was pretty amazing when combined with the mayonnaise and the hit of mango chutney.

- 4 bonless chicken breast halves
- 4 kaiser Rolls , split and toasted
- 4 Lettuce Leaves
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Raw Mango chutney
- 1/2 cup tandoori marinade or Grill Sauce

Put chicken and tandoori marinade in a large plastic food storage bag. Shake well to coat evenly.
Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill or broil chicken breasts 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, brushing with additional marinade during grilling.
Put tandoori chicken breasts on rolls.
Top with lettuce leaves, mayonnaise and raw mango chutney.Tandoori Chicken Sandwich is ready to serve.
