  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1/2 kg medium-sized shrimps, shelled and deveined
  • 20 pieces lumpia wrapper
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced 1 1/2 in.
  • 1 small bundle spring onions,thinly sliced
  • cooking oil for deep-frying

Step 1

Combine first three ingredients in a bowl.Marinate shrimps for about 1 hour.

Step 2

Wrap shrimps in lumpia wrapper with 2 strips each of carrots and spring onions.

Step 3

Tuck in sides and roll. Seal edges.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Step 5

Deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Step 6

Drain on paper towels. Shrimp Rolls is ready to serve.
