- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1/2 kg medium-sized shrimps, shelled and deveined
- 20 pieces lumpia wrapper
- 1 medium carrot, sliced 1 1/2 in.
- 1 small bundle spring onions,thinly sliced
- cooking oil for deep-frying

Combine first three ingredients in a bowl.Marinate shrimps for about 1 hour.
Wrap shrimps in lumpia wrapper with 2 strips each of carrots and spring onions.
Tuck in sides and roll. Seal edges.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Drain on paper towels. Shrimp Rolls is ready to serve.
