Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp – peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 4 green lettuce leaves
  • 1 sprig chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Method:

  • Place shrimp, eggs in a salad bowl.
  • Stir in mayonnaise, dill and mustard.
  • Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
  • Shrimp Egg Salad is ready now.
  • Serve chilled.
