- 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves
- 4 green chilies
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasteds
- salt to taste
- 1 pinch of asafoetida(hing)

Wash coriander leaves thoroughly in water.
Cut the Stem part of Dhaniya and put rest leafy part to the grinder bowl.
Take out stem of Green Chilies and add rest to the grinder bowl.
Add ginger, Cumin seeds,hing,Salt and lemon juice.
Process until smooth.Take it out in a small bowl. Mirch Chutney is ready to serve.
- Serve with Dal,Rice, Curry or Stuffed Paratha, or any snacks item.
