  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Step 1

Peel mangoes then cut into large chunks.

Step 2

Place mango chunks in the blender.Process until smooth.

Step 3

Then strain into a medium bowl, discarding any fiber.

Step 4

Combine mango pulp and milk in a jug.Keep stirring until well combined.

Step 5

Place in a refrigerator for 6-8 hours or until chill. Mango Rus is ready to serve.
