- 500 gm condensed milk
- 124 gm clarified butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cashew nut powder
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 sheets edible silver foil

Heat butter in a heavy bottom skillet.
Add cashew nut powder, sugar and milk.
Stir in the cardamom powder.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until it becomes caramel like in color.
Stir in the condensed milk.
Cook and stir for 30 minutes or until it becomes like a thick paste.
Sprinkle with pistachios.
Remove from the heat.
Transfer into a buttered tray. Set aside.
Cut into your desired shapes. Decorate with silver foil. Milk Burfi is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
