  • 1/2 kg beef
  • 2 medium onions,
  • 6 green chilies
  • 6 whole red chiles
  • 1 bunch fresh cornaider leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon kachri powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon all spice powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • oil for frying

For Garnishing

  • few salad leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 5 green chilies

Directions:

Step 1

Chop beef with onions,  kachri powder,whole red chilies and green chilies.

Step 2

Take it out in a large mixing bowl. Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander leaves, salt, nutmeg, all spice powder, desiccated coconut, poppy seeds powder and eggs.

Step 3

Mix until well combined.

Step 4

Shape into Kabab.

Step 5

Fry in hot oil on low flame for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6

Remove from the oil and transfer into a serving plate. Kachri Kabab is ready to serve.
