- 1 can (8-1/4 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup crushed saltines
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Oil for deep frying

Step 1
Place egg, corn, cracker crumbs, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Drop batter by rounded spoonful.
Step 4
Fry for 1 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Step 5
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Fried Corn Balls are ready to serve.
